Conveniently situated close to the marina, restaurants and grocery store. Very helpful reception staff.

Parking garage construction made it inconvenient to access reception, but I’m guessing that will soon be resolved.

Very clean and comfortable room, spacious with a generous balcony.Comfy bed and nice modern bathroom with a good shower.Great location overlooking the river and close to town, shops and restaurants.

Only complaint is the regular slamming noise from the entry door leading from the underground carpark. Perhaps something could be done to prevent the fast and noisy closing of this door.

Nothing to dislike was better than I was expecting

Loved the location, the friendly staff, the beds were comfortable and the room was beautiful! Loved it so much we have cancelled our stay in Sydney to come back to Port Macquarie next week.

The parking was a little difficult with a bigger car but it was manageable and free.

Friendly owners, great location, a really comfy bed and a lovely view to the river.

Sounds crazy but the a/c worked a little too well! Too hot to turn it off, but even on low it was blowing cold air all night, and we couldn’t seem to get to the right temp for us.

Room was very close to the CBD, very clean and tidy room with amenities to suit all meals of the day. Beautiful view of the water.

Tv would have been good on a swivel bracket so we could watch tv in bed. New drive way was getting done there so the noise was annoying, especially while in the pool.

Unfortunately there were renovations underway (cannot be helped), otherwise this would be a ten out of ten.

The rooms after the renovation are excellent. Location is also close to everything. Amenities also good.

Due to the ongoing renovation and people coming and going from the car park at all hours room was noisy due to the heavy door closing. Car park was not secure. Maybe something to consider with renovation.

I was impressed with the facilities of the room - microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery, etc

Could hear other guests in hall and other room. To be fair, they were being loud.

The bed was big and very comfortable and the linen was good. The shower was hot and strong.

Currently there are building works. It wasn't noisy while we were there but access to the building is currently limited

The rooms had been renovated, so nice bathroom and rooms were clean

No notification of the construction activity and the carpark is too low to park an SUV under.The main bed has past its usefull date.

Beds were very comfortable,room was lovely.

I didn't like the way it is set out. It's very squished together...lots of stairs tight parking.

Great location, comfortable bed and great facilities

Man behind desk so helpful and when we were unable to use our phone he let me use his. Large rooms, very clean and good facilities to make yourself a quick meal. So close to shops to buy any provisions you need. Super easy place to be for a one night stay.

Didnt like that the door didnt lock from inside as toddler could reach door handle and could try and escape. Even jusg a higher latch so it could be secure

It was super expensive for one night and not at all luxurious. It was clean and functional. You are paying for the location
