The lady at the front desk greeted and was very friendly the room was very clean and bed so comfy will go back again

Location is great. Nice and central, and plenty of amenity nearby. The accommodation is great value for money, and the rooms and nice and spacious, and the staff were very welcoming and easy to deal with. In our case, we arrived after hours for check in, and the process was made super easy.

Wait time on lifts.Advised of EV charging however only provided one 240v power point and 2 painted parking spots, come on, is that the best they can do? It’s 2026 and now many EV cars.

The location was awesome staff were great

The shared ammenities were dirty The hallway was extremely noisy and the elevator was ridiculpusly long

No air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fan didn’t work properly. Very hot bedroom.

Location was brilliant and the facilities where there was a BBQ, pool, spa, play area (indoor and outdoor) and gym all within easy eye sight which was brilliant for the kids. Walking distance to Port Central, plenty of pubs and restaurants and the skate park and each. Highly Recommended. Beds and rooms were comfortable.

There was no aircon in the main bedroom, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and noisy - we just moved it to the floor which was fine - and the shower water pressure/temperature was quite fiddly. But all in all, not a problem.

Tuesday pancake breakfast was a fun experience with friends.Staff were friendly and helpful.Also liked the comfort of the common area, and the ambience of the apartment.Fantastic placement to enjoy a Port Macquarie holiday experience.

I was sharing the apartment with a friend.I gave him the bed, and I used the couch. I'm 187cm tall, so perhaps a bit long for the couch. That's the only reason I rated down somewhat the comfort of my bedding. My friend said the bed was good.

Location, great staff and very spacious appartment.

Its convenient and in a great position.The rooms and clean and tidy with ample room. Its great that there are 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartments.We had a great stay.

The down side is when it gets busy the lifts dont work. We had to use the fire escape many times to get to our rooms.

Great sized family unit with all of the amenities. Glimpses of the ocean but not ocean front.Pool was well presented and warm, all of the shared facilities were well maintained.Easy access to restaurants and shops.

Parking was a little challenging for bigger vehicles with underground car park clearance only1.9m

The size of the unit was fantastic. It was very clean, plenty of kitchen and Linnen needs met. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and will definitely return. The facilities, spa, sauna, pool, and games room were spot on. The staff were wonderful. Our King bed was fantastic. Even though I took my own pillow on holidays, I slept on the pillow supplied by the resort as it was perfect for me.

Family friend property with lots of facilities to include the children. Fantastic location with excellent staff

If you’re not a morning person, Ask for a room on a higher lever there a fair bit of commotion in the back carpark from 6:30am
