Ian was very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in feel easy and pleasant. The location is great, close to everything you need. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the small pool area was a nice bonus for relaxing. Overall, it’s perfect for short stays.

The hotel is in an excellent location with access to many restaurants, close to a shopping area and a mall, as well as being able to take some nice walks by the water in the area. Our room was clean and bright with a balcony that overlooked the water and we enjoyed having our breakfast there. There is plenty of parking either under the hotel or around it, as well as in the main streets.

There was nothing to dislike.

It's in an excellent location and the fact that you can get a park in the shade for free is fantastic. That part of the city is seriously lacking shady parking spots. The room was good.

The bed wasn't super comfortable or big. There are other hotels nearby offering King beds and better rooms for less money.

The room was clean and the bed was soft, the aircon worked great, i was able to park inside in the carpark no extra charge, reception and check in and check out process was so easy. Location was perfect could walk everywhere. Nice view as well of the water.

Room needs an update, noisy but to be expected given its location, we were room 104, close to Main Street

Location overlooking the water and walking trails, easy access to downtown. Kitchenette was well appointed to have meals in.Beds were comfortable.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Great location, walk to everything. The room was clean and comfortable with a water view. Good value for a nicely renovated motel at peak time of year. Nice toiletries (Mor) in bathroom. Plenty of free parking on site. Nice pool area.

the Location of the room was fabulous , you could see the water from both sides of the unit.

The room could benefit from a small update.

Great location. Would have liked to use the complimentary bicycles and the pool but didn’t have time as just staying one night during drive down the coast of NSW. Great shower.

A little noisy with people showering next door, and random noises through the night. Needs better sound proofing and a kitchen sink would have been handy too.

Great location and views of the river. Nice modern room, nice bathroom. Relaxing sitting on the small balcony overlooking the hasting river. Short walk to food and shopping. Very good walking track along the river to the head land.Busy area as it was long weekend. But well worth the visit.

bed was a bit too soft for me, but that is a personal thing as I'm use to a firm one. Can't really fault anything.
