Older motel, okay for price

Room 9 needs new bed, little noisy as you coukd hear showers toilets from other rooms above.

Simple, basic room but was very reasonably priced, clean and tidy and great location to shops, pub and restaurants.

Outdoor area to eat a take away meal could have been more appealing, given it was a bit damp and wasn't protected from the drizzling rain.

Find somewhere else to stay-ABUSIVE...

Refund due to being abused by male manager. There was no parking in complex to fit wide camry. (Due to not having been to area prior and from Newcastle)(I parked my car in front of office. Ph nearly dead had 4% left. Aunty stayed in room 1. I said i would charge ph & then text to see where very close by i can park)Before I had a chance to ask anything. I looked out open door a Chinese man whom I had not seen prior was standing there. Looked at me & said in a angry tone. What you want? Is that your car? You move or pack thing and get out! Shocked and scared at his tone. I started to shake and was trying hard not to cry. He then said half yelling MOVE your car NOW! That is only ambulance or police there. I was trying to ask him where can i park near by but he He was still talking aggressive and telling me we have people here pay $300 a night. You only pay $180. MOVE CAR OR I WILL HA E TOWED AWAY. I started to have a panic attack He didnt care or let up he keep going at me. I kept trying In between his abuse to tell him that I was going to ask where to park car as I dont know area. He would stop saying same things over and over. My Aunty walked to door as I was crying full on. She said to him come and show me the parking and where it is. So distraught by now. I headed straight up to my room 14. I crying shaking and hysterically packed my bags after being told to get out or have my car towed away. I packed up Aunty came upstairs to make sure I didnt miss anything. Grabbed a couple smaller things took down to my car. I grabbed the rest of my stuff I had a large bag on wheels and couple of other items. As I walked out he was at the top of stairs. He started again at me saying you have to move your car or I have it towed. You cant stay thereI said I am begging you to leave me alone I am going I am not staying. You have made your point please leave me alone. He followed me down the stairs. Still going off at me.

Very dated and run down. Bathroom desperately needs upgrading. Neighbour noise at 4am

Great location, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Accommodated early check in.

For the cost it was nothing to complain

It was a bit outdated for the value of money in room 14 mattress is very uncomfortable. I didn’t have a good night sleep at all..

Location was great. Good value compared to other offerings in Port Macquarie. Spacious room.

TV reception on "Free to Air" was hopeless - constant break up of signal (almost unwatchable)Mattress was passable, but clearly old and cheap.Toilet seat and cistern had been replaced with Very cheap Chinese import and didn't fit the pan properly.Flyscreen to main window was broken (hanging outside the building) - couldn't open during the night for fear of insect attack.Bathroom looked tired (taps badly chipped and poor washer condition)

Staff very friendly and helpful , relaxed atmosphere . Great location .

It's older style, missing a few mod cons but the budget price reflects that so not really an issue .

The parking and the lock to get in as a late check in was a little difficult to do

There was used needles in the room, after notifying staff all they could say was “sorry”.

The front door lock room 9 was faulty and the key bent and needed a spare needs fixing

Shower was weak and leaking. Not a good shower with low pressure. Said close to City but it was far.

The location was excellent with short walk to the beach and town centre. the room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Wi-Fi was very slow and needed improvement.
