The bed was comfortable and the location was brilliant for walking along the water and dining. Friendly and helpful customer service at check in.

I always stay here in Port because of the location, price and great staff.

Close to cafes and shops. Close to beaches and walks. Quiet at night.

Basic large room & clean.

The manager complained about us arriving at 8.50pm when their web site says the office is open until 9pm. If it is such a problem, they should invest in a key safe or get out of the business. She was very rude....

Size was very small, and not serviced.Had to go and ask for things

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Not a new hotel and we did not have a view but we arrived late in the rain and were met by a helpful lady. The room had a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, plates and cutlery- all the things we needed. Thanks

Had to make do with the same towel sFor 3 days an shower mate was wet for 3 days no change of the sheets and lack of tea bags

Fantastic location - short walk to restaurants, walkways and beach.

Damp and smelly in one of the rooms we booked other room we booked was a lot better. Only 2 chairs at the table for 3 people. We also had an ask for a 3rd towel. Staff weren’t very friendly.

Poor

The beds and pillows were rock hard. Beds were very low to ground. Nothing was done about the couple having multiple domestics upstairs till 10:30 at night. Doors slamming. Windows slamming. Profanity screamed by female member continuously.

Very good

The hot water in the shower was extremely hot, whilst set to a comfortable temperature it would get extremely hot - you could not have kids showering without getting burnt.

Very spacious and clean room. Having a microwave, fridge and sink was a bonus. Balcony had a filtered water view and was great for watching the sunset. Very quiet both during the day (weekend) and at night. 5 - 10 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants.

Bed was particularly firm - we improved this by putting doona under sheets as a mattress topper. A light on the balcony would have been good.

there was a bit of a damp smell in the room,the cupboards smelt a bit musty, maybe a wipe over inside drawers etcwith some lavender would workthe microwave was rusty inside. - needs to be changed - dangerous.
