Pool and location

Restaurant down stairs is ordinary. The staff don’t appear to care at all. They do not smile or greet people as they enter the hotel and they were less then interested when I asked questions.

The room was very clean and spacious. The property was in a great location. Parking was easy. The glasses were quality and clean in the room. There was a good tv. Room service was prompt and the staff were friendly - so great. We were travelling with our 8 month old and needed to set up our compact cot and the room had enough space for us to do so comfortably. The pool was a great addition and we swam looking out at a beautiful view in the evening.

The pool needed cleaning as some bandaids were seen in the water.

Spacious room, very comfy beds, great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downstairs parking vas very convenient.Enjoyed being able to have a nice coffee in bar downstairs.No need to drive , so much is within walking distance from hotel.

Clean and tidy room but...

Purchased a water view room but could really only see the roof of the restaurant below. Booked dinner at the restaurant but up ended up being seated at a bar. Photos during the restaurant booking did not depict the difference.

The location and cleanliness.

No complimentary water and biscuits to enjoy the cup of tea or coffee.

Comfy bed and nice rooms.

Limited car parking (not free) which are tiny cramped spots and residents of the apartment blocks use the hotel parking for their extra cars and guests.

Great location, walking distance to beach and to food options, great buffet breakfast, nice big room, quiet room

Restaurant was very expensive in the evening so walked to dinner at a local restaurant

Location, view, size of apartment, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, undercover parking.

Some of the front desk staff were a bit abrupt.

The modern, clean bathroom was great. The size and layout of the room was very good for a family of 4. Nespresso machine was a nice touch.

Carpet could use a bit of clean (some crumbs etc) and a bit more care could be taken with the dusting.

More shade in pool area

The room and facilities quite new and nice. Room is spacious and swimming pool is very nice.

Even with aircon on, still some flies in the room. I at least killed 5 in two days and still more flying around. The bed also too soft to my like. Also a bit pricey.

The apartment was advertised as air conditioned. The bedrooms were not air conditioned.

Great location, beautifully decorated rooms, well maintained.

1.5% credit card surcharge was added to what is already quite a high price. I don’t think that’s fair as I haven’t been charged it at any other hotels I’ve booked. The hotel staff member kindly refunded the fee as a goodwill gesture as I don’t know there would be a surcharge (it wasn’t obvious on the booking.com page)

Paid parking

Lovely big room overlooking the water with a great balcony. Easy to walk anywhere in town.

Our room was just above the pool so a little noisier than we would have liked
