Need sn escalator or lift for elderly

Property Room was excellent condition very clean and air conditioner was a dream, modern recent refurbishment of rooms and facilities, pool was well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful with requests. Central location to everything within walking distance.

Just some very minor issues, - no external locking on lower ground room doors was just slightly inconvenient,- pool fence locking mechanism loose needing some maintenance, - need more shade cloths in pool area - Bar shut on Sunday which cut off access to water refilling station. Would be good to maybe have a separate water cooler in the lobby for guest access when outside of bar opening hours.

Rooms are noisy.

The location was good and the rooms was newly renovated. The pool looked inviting.

The foyer and passage was old and in need of renovating.While the room was newly renovated quality of the workmanship was an issue and could be addressed to provide a better room.The vanity while new could not close the drawer as the pipe behind was stopping it from closing.Texta stains in the silicone in the bathroom were distracting, and areas of the bathroom were not grouted.Suggest having access to the powerpoints near the bed to allow charging of phones.

Room was a tagged as a pool room but could not see the pool from the veranda. Could include other facilities to self cater

We stay overnight at Port Macquarie once or twice a year on our way to Queensland and we stay at the Waters Edge. Great location, great new rooms

Pool needs additional chairs. Balcony and bathroom needs deep cleaning

Just a little overpriced.

A large room with balcony on the water's edge, just a 5 min walk into the CBD. The large window let in plenty of light and opened up to the peaceful river view. Clean, cool and well shaded by the palm trees in the afternoon. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size - it looked fairly newly renovated. We also had a delicious alfresco dinner by the pool overlooking the water beyond.

Could be more seating and shading around the pool, and some plates and cutlery provided in the room.

The views, easy parking.

Mould on bed sheets, when advising receptionist she was very rude and didnt even offer an appology, room was 20minutes late being ready for check in as it had not yet been cleaned and the airconditioner was leaking.After 8+ years coming to this hotel this will be our last unfortunately.

Need to do something about the DUCKS going into the pool - would have like to have a swim .Waters Edge needs to have a coat of paint inside & out ( maybe new colours Blue & white),carpets need to be updated & furniture in rooms - Chairs had stains on them.

A bit run down

The hot staff were very accommodating around my cerebral palsy. It is a central location to Settlement City and Town Beach. The pool was nice and accessible and the room was a decent size. The welcome letter lets us know that because it was a weekend there was no room cleaning service. a microwave was in the room.

Theres no lift and a lot of stairs thankfully we had only three on the lower floor , there were 2 of us travelling and only one spoon and two cups for tea and drinking. the room dining menu was via QR code and was quite glitchy.

Right in the centre of town. Quiet. It had a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner.

A bit far from the beach. No lifts.

Great location, comfy room, lovely pool.

Very disappointed with breakfast, not much left of the hot food at 9:10am, no pastries, yoghurt, whole grain breads or sliced fruit. Scrambled eggs and tomatoes were refreshed but too late for us. I did complain to a staff member who said the items were popular so as soon as they put them out they were snapped up! Perhaps a more generous quantity would be in order?
