- The park itself was great . Busy but it is school holiday . Location perfect . Bed very comfortable,Ensuite in glamping tent perfect .Fridge size good . But unfortunately that’s where it ends
- Helpful maintenance staff.
- Loved the tiny home . Brand new and so conformable. Welkl presented . Not really tiny at all . Staff friendly and the park was shady and well set out .
Cons -
- We were quite excited about our stay but it the glamping tent itself was a big disappointment. You could definitely tell it was rushed being put together . The exposed steel poles had holes in them that we had small cockroach’s coming out of. It was extremely hot & definitely needs air con. The fly window on the tv / fridge side did not open but the other side did . Airflow was limited . Storage extremely limited especially if you were staying longer than a couple of nights . We left our bags in ensuite as there is only 2 draws to pack clothes away. The front porch was so hot we moved the out door furniture around the side on the road side to get shade & try & keep cool . We made the mistake on our 1st day of leaving the table & chairs on porch , we got back from beach they were so hot we had to hose them down so we could use them . The screen doors don’t have locks so you have to close the glass doors to lock up which meant the tent was very hot . No champagne / wine glasses & maybe if the privacy wall was built across the front of the tent & run the out door kitchen along that & have the entrance on the side where there sink is now would be better option . You can’t prepare anything inside as there is no area at all beside the dining table to prepare food . No clothes lines or anywhere to hang swimmers & towels . Just needs more personal touches & more thought for the glamping experience. For $250 night we were better pitching our own tent which is a big disappointment because the owners , staff & park itself is beautiful but I wouldn’t recommend this glamping tent as it just wasn’t “ Glamping”.
- The ants that were everywhere. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and we were not offered any compensation or apology from management. Maintenance staff were very helpful. The size of the unit- supposed to sleep 4, but only had outdoor seating and lounge for 2- could not sit 4 people at indoor table as it was too big for room. I tried to upgrade, but was not allowed due to my booking being through booking.com. We were disappointed at the lack of human kindness in considering my request.

Nothing !!!
Great cabin with everything we needed. Thoughtfully laid out. Loved the location so close to the beach and river. Beautiful spot for walking. Fabulous wildlife and views.
Bathroom small but extra mirror in bedroom helped. 2nd bedroom tiny. Good for two people only.
Loved staying in the tiny house. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the park was beautiful.
Loved it.
That I had to clean and sweep mop and do the cabin clean before leaving it, for the cost for a week should also include the exit clean. Mop and broom was already unclean so to use them was difficult.
The park is in a wonderful location and so close to the beach! It was very quiet in the park and the people working there were friendly and helpful. My kids loved the putt putt golf and the go carts that were available at the park. We stayed in a cabin which was a little on the small side, next time we might stay in the bigger cabin just for a little more comfort. Really lovely place to stay. We will be back.
Very disappointed
The shower was so small couldn’t close the doors floor was slippery and the shower door was off the track .TV had no Chanel guide lucky to find what you wanted to watch .Microwave Oven low to the floor had to kneel on floor to try and find the settings not good for elderly people.could not reach cupboards over the stove top to get plates out.Nothing in the cupboards for washing and wiping up had to go to the office to get it and also had to ask for some teabags for the price we paid could’ve been of a higher quality .Also ants infested in the kitchen area which we reported to the office
spacious cabin, clean, quiet and close to beach
So peaceful close to the beach beautiful staff
A little bit dusty in areas inside the cabin
not much
water coming in the kitchen window and destroying paper towel and clock
Very good
the bed was like a marshmallow and rolled around as it was on wheels on tiles
The surroundings peaceful, quite friendly park
I had problems with the smoke alarm I never smoke inside but? The alarm went off at 3-15am & I couldn't turn it off,the only thing I could think of was we'd showers that night but? Surely the steam wouldn't of done it so sorry
