The room I picked didn't have air-conditioning but it was my fault there were other rooms available

location was close to my event and staff was friendly and helpful

Lot of dusty areas that need to be wiped down

The lady is very polite, friendly and did her best. We loved the swimming pool and room was nice. However, property is need of repair. Overall we enjoyed the stay. We will visit again.

My room was very clean and reasonably priced compared to other motels in Port Macquarie. I appreciate that they still offer single rooms. Despite being located on a busy street, there was hardly any traffic noise. Check-in was quick and friendly. A swimming pool and two tennis courts are also available for those who wish to use them. There is also a shared microwave on the veranda in front of the room.

The shower curtain should be replaced with a sliding door. Despite using the shower curtain, the entire bathroom floor was wet after showering. The Wi-Fi signal reception in the room also urgently needs improvement. Unfortunately, it's a bit far from the city center, but there's a bus line that stops right in front of the motel (on the side street).

The lady running the place is doing her best. She took my booking late and was very accommodating. My room was small yes. But incredibly clean. Bathroom was great. For 1 night it was more than enough

This resort is a favourite of mine -great swim pool, microwave and crockery appreciated, quite close to town but quiet at night.

The location was good as it was inset from main road.

It was very tired. Rooms need a renovation and aircon in summer months as it is vey hot.

On arrival we were able to check in early and the lady that served us bent over backwards to accommodate us, changing our rooms to better suit our needs without any additional charge.

Shower setup is is bit odd with the shower head being installed in the wrong place.

A fun location with great facilities. Large outdoor balcony in the room. Free tennis court and pool. Staff were extremely pleasant and the whole experience was very relaxed.

Bunk beds were less comfortable than the queen bed (which was very comfortable)

Upstairs room. No airconditioner in room only overhead fan. 1 window opened directly onto communal kitchen. Window only had pull down blind. Window needed to be open for air but blind needed to be down for privacy. Same for second window which overlooked adjacent units. Not able to lock windows open. Not secure or private.Bathroom window also opened directly to communal kitchen. High temperatures all night so not a comfortable sleep. Much more like backpacker accommodation rather than Resort/motel as advertised and charged for. No option to provide feedback as Reception didn't open until 12.00 noon and checkout time was 10.00am. Very disappointing after a long drive

The variety of facilities within the resort. The owner works directly there and is very lovely.

The lady who worked there It was such a series of events that it ended up being such a good laugh. Will never forget this place (for all the wrong reasons) but sometimes that’s what makes a good story and adds to the fun of travelling

1. The price !!! 340 dollars for 1 night in the standard room which we had to move from (we changed rooms 3 times) We were moved into a more “premium room” after our second move, because nothing was working in our first twin room. 2. TV in the “premium” room still didn’t work. Walls paper thin you could hear every conversation next door and kids up all night. 3. We only stayed here as a stop off on our journey from Sydney to the Gold Coast. But if you’re considering coming for a tennis retreat then don’t! The facilities were so run down and it didn’t look like anything really worked properly anyway. Save your money!

Saw no staff. A reception sign but no reception.. Check in difficult with no identity document- new driving licence was still in transit!Not a major dislike but only two metal high chairs and a small a shelf like table.Facilities pretty rudimentary but fine for me.Water pressure dreadful. Difficult to enjoy a good shower

The place was gorgeous, I’m obsessed with the layout and design especially the reception building. The lovely owner was so friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place more for a stop over

It was a bit tricky to park when a few cars were around, just squishy to navigate around them. But no big deal at all

Don’t stay here !! Book elsewhere with your family.We had to make an emergency change to our return home date and had to look for a place to stay one night before driving back to Sydney. Bookings.com suggested this and seeing for just one night we didn’t have other choice for the 1/1/26- we settled for this option- paid for a family cabin .We were charged $720 for one night and the room was absolutely disgusting, stains on the walls, dust everywhere- on the walls, windows and let’s not forget the mould, it is all over the blinds, behind the sofa. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable and had previous guests hair on it. The lady said : this is the only room and that’s the rate for new years.I ended up cleaning the room myself, it was so dusty and dirty, my daughters were coughing all night and I have developed a sore throat from cleaning there.I am asking for a refund and still waiting for it. This place is health hazard, not good for family with little children.My husband tried to look for the lady and she was not found. She said charging double is normal. When we reached out to bookings .com -She is trying to deny that the room was dirty , mouldy, we have all the evidence ready.- no tissue boxes-no bins in the toilets- blinds with holes-mould everywhere-dust flying everywhere-stained rugs-no phone in the room to reach receptionFor your family’s health and safety this is not the place to be at all!!!

No fire alarm in the room (cables but no device), no stairs to get to the top bunk
