Alexander Motel

Location,we could not find a star rating apart from on the motel brochure in the room so That has not been answered

Yes The handbasin that was next to the toilet you were also supposed to wash your dishes in,Not Compliant ?? We were also charged about $40 more than what the room was worth

Thanks for the stay! We loved how clean the rooms were & how helpful the staff were. Location was within walking distance of everything so that was a bonus. Appreciated the cleaning crew aswell keeping our rooms fresh daily. Thank you team, we will be back!

The accommodation met our needs - it was a brief stopover and it was a convenient location.

The room was very hot - there was no aircon but we did have a fan which we left going all night but it was an upstairs room and very hot.

Great Location in town near local restaurants. Well priced.Even though we didn't use it thought the airfryer was a great addition to the unit

Awesome friendly helpful staff. Prime location in town accessible to everything.

No dislikes

Great location, no road noise, friendly staff. Clean spacious room

Didn't have breakfast good location

Bathroom needs up dating

Very central. Handy to shops, eating places, cultural sites. Quiet

Clean, comfy, nice office and cleaning staff

Room was clean and tidy and looked like it had been fairly recently updated so felt fresh and tasteful despite the outside looking like a fairly old, traditional motel. Had everything we needed including an air fryer which was unexpected. Bed was comfortable and staff at check in was very friendly and helpful.

Mirror and basin were in the kitchen area rather than the bathroom which made that space a little cramped.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy

The wash room is not supplied with freshener

Room was clean and tidy tea and coffee available we were given milk when we arrived micro wave and cooking facility

Everything was fine no complaints

The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms were a good size and had everything you need. The area was quite and peaceful and a short walk to places of interest, such as shops, restaurants, museums, monuments etc.

I can't complain about anything, we had a great experience.

Friendly welcome by staff. Room was spacious, well equipped for our requirements. Hot plate would have made a difference.Easy walking to town for groceries and restaurants.

Bed was very hard, one type of pillow available (flat and hard), weak shower pressure however made the most of what was.Maybe the option of a softer / thicker pillows?

Very clean ..with lots of appliances in kitchen Fresh decor..Very friendly staff quiet and close to shops

Bed was too firm for us

friendly staff and a fairly quiet location but within walking distance to shopping centre. Good map supplied of the town. Great River walk!

Everything. Delightful owners, very modern appliances. Clean, comfortable and well designed.

Kitchen, chairs, towels, and drapes.

Bed, pillows, toilet was too low. Water from shower went over to the toilet.Parking was not outside our number on the ground floor.

Comfy bed, very little pressure or water from shower

Shower was pathetic

Good location

Poor water pressure, and stairs no lift
