Livingston Motel

Close to all main shops and very handy locations. Friendly staff and nice neat room and facilities.

We love this motel but if it could have pest control especially ants 🐜, it would be much better.

Met all our needs including great breakfast.

Did not have any coffee sachets and we could have been given more milk since there were 3 adults.

Parking right outside. Hot tub. Spacious.

Could hear person in unit next door snoring! Need to insulate walls!

Room was spacious, quiet and very clean

the host and the cleaning staff were very friendly.kitchen was well-equippedhot tub was an added bonus

because it was January, we probably paid more for the room than during the rest of the year

The amount of vehicular traffic on the road outside . was busy as. It wasn't the noise, but getting out onto at times.

The room was spacious and well appointed. Plunger coffee was available which was a nice touch. The spa was great although the low water pressure made it slow to fill up. Great blackout curtains in the main room meant we slept very well and the bed was comfortable too. Being able to access Sky gave us choices for entertainment we could use during our stay. Very clean rooms

No aircon in bedroom but we had a fan and the lounge SKY remote was sticky

Everything was just lovely. Room was spacious, very clean and kitchen had everything you needed. Spa bath was great and bed comfortable. Eddie was so welcoming and friendly too.

Went out for the day. Came home. Room was spotless. Coffee etc restocked. Clean towels etc always. Management bent over backwards to assist in any way like where in Whakatane the Super markets were. Different sites to visit. Showed all on a map with so much politeness as he showed us.

Having our own private spa was pretty amazing - but most amazing of all is the owner/host "Eddie". He is just so super friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to fix a problem we were having with the smart TV and wouldn't stop until he had solved the problem.Also loved the spaciousness of the apartment.

Lack of sun in the room - but the fact that the room was so huge made up for this.

When I booked online, it was a studio with shower over a bath. When I checked in the staff person was very willing to give me a unit with a level entry shower. I understnd this was possible because it was available.

I've stayed here a few times, and every time I've come to stay, I'm always made to feel welcome. Staff are amazing and friendly. I love how the rooms are always clean and I can relax in the huge private spa.Patrons are always respectful and friendly as well.

Excellent motel, Hot tub was great , very clean and very affordable. We will always stay there now if we are in Whakatane again.

Very private, good host, clean and tidy, had everything you needed

On arrival I was greeted with a huge smile and "Kia Ora" from a non-māori and instantly felt very welcomed. Our room was clean, warm and cozy, we spent our days out and came back to a fresh clean room, linen and towels daily. A lovely stay, Thank you guys ?

Checked in late but was very easy and room was very clean.

The host was friendly and approachable and the room was comfortable. Convenient location and well priced.

While there was an outdoor area for relaxing, it wasn't particularly attractive and there was no privacy - and easy access for other guests to look into the room.
