Barringtons Motor Lodge

Nice clean and roomy room. Pictures do not serve this place justice. Peaceful...friendly staff

Spacious, very clean, tidy. Excellent facilities.

Well priced clean accomodation

Loud late party in next room.No fault of the owners.Average comfort of beds

It had a great stocked kitchen! Comfy beds, plenty of space in the bathroom, fluffy towels and great location

Nothing. Was a great stay

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Friendly staff. One of the best places we’ve stayed in our many years of travelling. An absolute 10 out of 10!

Friendly welcome, a very spacious studio room for 3, super clean and a had good nights sleep in a comfy bed. Handy to shops for dinner and supplies (walking distance)

Barringtons is always my go to pmacw to stay in Whakatane

The bath did not look clean you could see residue from where it looked like someone atrempted to clean it and then left it which was a little disappointing as we wanted a bath however we just had showers instead.

Accommodated our late arrival. Very clean room and the manager was lovely.

So central to everything, really comfy and clean and great friendly staff

I have no complaints about the property

Well equipped, easy check in

Spa didn’t work was just a bath

Liked it so much I extended twice. Staff, room, WiFi, you name it... excellent!

The facility was amaculate and met our families needs to a T. We enjoyed the peaceful spacious clean and quite facility. It ticked every box for us to a high standard.

Great clean, large quiet facility. Friendly staff

booked 2 rooms for myself and my overseas guests. Was upgraded and the rooms more than met my expectations. Would stay here again when in Whakatane Handy to the shops which include a Pak N save supermarket.

Location is good, central to Kope and not far to town

No air conditioning in the bedroom. But I did leave the air conditioning in the lounge on and little bit flowed through

it was a great breakfast delivered on time.grate having a door between the room I book my son and his partner and us once again a big the thank you to all staff. We will be back.

I loved how the owner sorry I have forgotten his name off the top my head. But he was absolutely fantastic to deal with, especially when our job is weather dependent and needed an extra night due to the rain last minute he just made it happen! Absolute legend if you ask me! And the ladies who clean the place do a brilliant job!!! Honestly would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Nothing bad I could even say about this place or the staff!

The guy at reception was very welcoming so nice, rooms very clean and had air con which was amazing for us as it was a very hot day and long travel had everything we needed for our stay thank you so much for making our stay and trip breezy

Facilities were very nice. friendly owner which he was willing to do what I needed because of my disability.

Nothing to dislike

It was nice and quiet. The room was perfect. With the right facility's you need to have a comfortable stay, and most softest towels. The room smelt nice, and the beds were comfortable. Beds weren't too hard. Heaps of extra pillows and blankets. The spa bath was great. Water pressure of the shower was awesome and even had a warming towel rack.

There were netting in the bedroom, so we couldn't open our curtains in the room or you saw right out to the building next door.
