Cortez Motel

Its location, cleaness.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, polite and freindly check in.

Lights switch located away from bed. Need to get out of bed to switch lights off.

Having all my family members staying at same motel was the BEST! We had four different groupings of family members but all were catered for at Cortez!

wifi was disappointing, but we managed!

Our room was clean and tidy.

The room was hot, and the rooms fan was abnormally noisey, and the cook hob was not efficient even for cooking a simple bacon & eggs.

Good place to rest for the night at short notice, kids liked the pool, bath good size. Staff were friendly and helpful

No aircon or fan

Convenient location.

Had only minimal comforts....one towel for 2 people. Artificial garden....plastic plants in garden beds!!!

It was really warm and cosy, awesome location. Very family friendly and owners were amazing!

Clean, tidy and value for money.

Beds were comfortable, nice shower and soaps.

The seal for the toilet was not on toilet was on the ground, toothpaste and brush was left in bathroom cabinet, shoes left in cupboard, extra blankets looked untidy in cupboard, electrics for toaster and frying pan inconvenient, also no salt and pepper.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy. Owners were helpful.

The pool and sky tv was awesome comfortable bed

I had to leave to go home lol

I liked that the location of the room was near the carpark area so it was easier to take our luggage in to the room. Also liked that the hotel had a pool.

The rooms could use a bit of renovation. Walking in to the room we noticed the bedroom looked really gloomy although it was sunny outside so maybe a change in colour paint, white would be a nice welcoming colour. Also could hear the noise through the walls from the rooms next door, so maybe some sound proofing for privacy.

As an overnight stay for work it was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Check in was quickSpa bath was great

No air conditioning. I slept with the fan going all night.

Wonderful people very welcoming, reasonable price and children friendly ? ??? ??

No much to complain about really

Hosts were charming, friendly and helpful. Good cooking facilities: electric hob and wok, and we were offered fresh milk. Top quality sheets. Good outside seating. Host printed a map to local gardens.

I like the convenience of the location. The room was comfortable and tidy.

Stay wasn't very long

Easy to find, great signage, easy to check in, friendly hosts, clean modern facilities, great shower gel and shampoo!

The only thing that we found was the tv remote was missing the volume keys and there were no buttons that we could find on the actual tv, so we couldn’t turn the volume down at all. So when my daughter went to bed in the other room, the tv had to turn off.

Very nice and comfortable room. Very clean. Owners very helpful. Would stay again.

The staff, who I assume were the owners, were lovely and friendly. The room was clean.

The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor which could have been dangerous. There was damage to one of the shower wall panels. The pool area could have been tidier.
