The location is perfect - in front of the train station. Close to the town center.Air-conditioning in the room. Cleanness. The staff was very helpful.

There are a few stairs down and up to get from the elevator to the room, which is inconvenient if you carry heavy luggage.

Perfect location - fantastic staffValue for money - kept bikes in safe place

I’ll just start by saying I’m a guy who often travels solo and has booked a lot of cheap hotels, never shied away from a gross hotel in the name of affordability, been appropriately disappointed in cheap hotels - pretty much never left a negative review on something. I’m not a review guy- but I felt the need to leave a positive review on this place (that I booked on the same day, btw) because the price was at the level of a shitty hotel you might be disappointed in - frankly it’s great. Very clean room, very attentive service, 24h reception, food/drink at all times, breakfast great, bathroom clean, above average shower - whole thing was really pleasant. Highly recommend.

This hotel is not a proper hotel but a bed and breakfast, which is located next to the main public transportation hub of Angers. It is clean with friendly staff. I only stayed for one night where the location proved useful.

No fridge or ice. If I stayed for more than one night, I would want a fridge or ice available in the summer during hot days.

Very close to the station. Near a nice reasonably priced restaurant called Bouillon. Helpful staff. Simple but good breakfast.

The curtain in the room fell down but they fixed it the next morning.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and arranged storage for our three bikes overnight.The location was perfect for the train and cycling out of the city was easy from the location.

We arrived late, there wasn’t tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I grant you that when I when down the three flights of stairs the receptionist did heat up some cold coffee in the microwave which was welcome and free.The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived. We, in our later years had to carry our bags up three steep flights of stairs which being tired from our journey didn’t help. Then go back for the above mentioned coffee. I questioned the about the elevator , I was told “ it’s working,someone is using it and you just have to wait” after waiting 5 minutes with the cooling coffee I reclimbed the stairs. The “call” light wasn’t on (Appel) so I checked in the morning it was working fine and lite up. I think ,because it’s a little noisy, they switch it off at night,so don’t arrive late with baggage if you are roomed on the top floor,( there are four) unless your young and fit and don’t mind.The receptionists in both cases( night and morning ) seemed busy, we felt we were an encumbrance to them, from the paperwork they were trying to do.Also, not the hotel’s fault,we were charged visitors tax, which if you arrive late and leave on an onward journey in the morning.What are we visiting ?

Mobile telephone signal is weak within the rooms.

It's a really spacious place! I booked it for my son. He's tall, and he found it much more comfortable than the previous hotel where he stayed.
