The Location is very convenient, right in front of the train station.

The room was not well prepared. There was no shampoo in the bathroom.

The staff is outstanding, great choice to stay in this town. Proximity to train station is ideal. Breakfast is fresh, delicious and very adequate, well stocked,once again, due to staff!! Shout out to Yolanda and Michael for making our stay welcoming and comfortable. Super clean, well managed. The few issues, really minimal, were adeptly handled in no time at all, thank you again. Don't hesitate to book here. Second visit to this fine establishment. Please note.. we can be discerning.

nice hotel in front of the station, nice personal, there is restaurant close to the hotel, wiht good food and reasonnable price.

The room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable seating area plus a desk and the breakfast was copious.

Internet reception was weak

The bathroom needs to be renovated and the mattresses of our twin beds had that center sag.

The room was very comfortable and quiet given that it looked out onto a busy road. The location was excellent to walk into the historic city and ideal for the station, if we had travelled by train. There was a choice of two brasseries next to the hotel for the evening and a plentiful breakfast.

Excellent location opposite the main railway station with public (paid) parking just a short walk away. Close to the city centre. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff.

Slightly dated decor. Shower was ok - no better. Poor lighting in the room. Some noise from the street, but normal for a city centre location.

Disappointing

We were there for a funeral. We had to leave one day earlier. 100 euros and more a night for a small room in the back… they still charged us 2 nights for a Leftover room.Very pricey for one night.

Excellent location opposite the train station. Very helpful staff, quiet room, extra large bed and plenty of space.

We liked everything but it took a while to get used to the shower which wet the floor.

Enormous and very comfortable room right in the centre of Angers opposite the station. Good value for money given the level of luxury. Staff are friendly and helpful and there was a place to store our bikes. The Brasserie de la Gare just opposite serves fantastic steak and chips.

Room 503 was excellent. All you would want.

Large old hotel inevitably showing some battle scars but holds its head high , justifiably so.

The room was ideal, clean and modern, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and are happy to converse in English. There is no onsite parking, however, on the opposite side of the road next to the train station is a multi storey car park which is secure and with reasonable rates.

Such a friendly hôtel full of character.Huge room. Very comfortable and well equipped.Very convenient to catch early morning train .If only all hotels could stay like this one !

It’s a bit tired but did not effect our stay.The car park is a challenge.

Comfortable and spacious room, friendly staff and great location for seeing the cathedral and castle. Easy to park on street close by and charge was reasonable. Good breakfast

Slightly noisy as near train station but soundproofing excellent with the windows closed
