Tasman Holiday Parks - Waihi Beach

Great location. It is in a quiet location and just a block from the beach, which was quiet and relaxing. There is a cafe was amazing. Just a few minutes away from town and the phenomenal food and shops.

Wonderful clean facilities, beautifully landscaped, and friendly staff.

We liked the facilities, the pool and playground kept the kids busy and we loved feeding the eels.

The toilets, kitchen, TV area and shower rooms were not cleaned all weekend so by the end of the weekend they were pretty yuk to use. If these were cleaned regularly it would have made the stay a lot nicer,

I liked how beautiful our view was from our room. Everything was a walking distance to the beach and shops. The room was very accommodating and the bed was absolutely comfy. Such a cute little surprise left for my partner as requested for his birthday getaway.

Everything was very clean and spacious. Easy access to everywhere. loved extra towels that we could use.

I found the receptionist so lovely and friendly, our first time staying here and it won’t be the last. The facilities were awesome, heated pool, spa was great, shared facilities are awesome. Has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of toilets and showering facilities as the cabins don’t come with bathrooms. Plenty of BBQs all around the camp grounds, and the best part is the beautiful beach just across the road. Yummy fish n chip shop 1 minute walk away with the dairy has pretty much all the things u wud buy if u forget toiletries or food, looking forward to going back !

Loved the freedom the kids had, they could head off on their own adventure and I knew they were safe. The pool was awesome and the kids Loved that they could swim after dark.The whole place had such a relaxed, family orientated vibe.

The staff at reception was exceptional. The park, gaming room, bikes, pool and spa were loved by our kids but the eels won their hearts the most.1 min walk to the beach and a shop with takeaways just across the road

There was some cleaning that could have been better. For example, the family hadn't been wiped in a long time. I felt the need to wash plates etc prior to using. We stayed for 2 days and asked for new towels the next morning but they didn't arrive until afternoon. I wish the nearest shower block had more than just 1 to be honest.

The facilities were awesome from a pool for all ages we had kids from the age of 2 - 9 years old , and they all loved it ! I had the 2 bedroom Beachside apartment , it was worth every penny with direct accsess to the beach and sea views. We had 2 mums and kids in there. I also booked the 2 Bedroom Motel . It had a huge room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a king for mum and kids to sleep and then a studio set up for the second king bed . We all slept well in the comfy beds.We would recommend The Secret Garden for dinner on a weekend. It's like a fun Tropical Paradise with delish Pizzas and other options .

The place was quite dirty .Old Coffe cup left in microwave. Hair in shower, marks on walls and curtains .. etc.Booked the sea view and paid extra, but then camper vans parked and blocked the sra views. If #1 & #2 Campervans were not available to park then all units and other campervans would have sea views

Pool area and entertainment for kids is great

Beds are squicky could do with wooden instead of metal frame they are very noisy

no parking by unit had to park outside on unsecured park and drag suitcases in, had paid for unit with parking expecting it next to unit, very grumpy unhelpful staff.

Right from the check-in friendly welcome from the lovely lady. Explained everything. Fantastic location and facilities.

Kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach is great

The cabin could do with a refresh double bed was fine but not super comfy

The beach was fantastic. Friendly staff and clean accommodations.

The location was perfect. We enjoyed the spa . Was very peaceful staying here. The lady at the office was so helpful and nice. The room was spacious nice and clean

There wasn't anything we didn't like

The location was great! Right across from the beach and a nice stroll to the local fish and chips & cafe. Lots of things to do for the kids! Super cosy rooms and amazing friendly staff

Can’t fault it

The room was excellent. Everything you need. So close to the beach. Comfortable bed.husban loved the spa. Kids loved the pool. Something for everyone.
