Palm Pacific Resort & Motel

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions about places to go and see. Tennis courts and pool were very nice and it was located very close to all the restaurants and stores.

We always book there for the pool and location. My friends loved it too. They were very impressed. Very good beds too.

Not all light bulbs were working. Lack of power points.

Location was great. We were only there briefly, literally to sleep and shower was great, everything clean. Host were lovely and accommodating in regards to the bad weather etc. Looks like a great family place with plenty on site to do. Sadly time wasnt on my side but i plan to come back and explore more.

Honestly the only thing i can fault for $400 a night is being expected to do my own dishes and recycling. I know it seems petty but when traveling on a break, these are things i look forward to NOT doing (not that im messy). Personally this was a chore i could have done without, being exhausted from travel etc. I travel often and this was new. I put my 3 bottles out as instructed to avoid an extra fee. My only gripe. Sorry.

Totally disappointed

We had been once before and we loved it because of the facilities and that was the only reason we came this time and was 1000% disappointed the pool and spa area was under construction we had no idea we wouldn’t have come if we had known.Then my kids found a adults dvd under one of the mattresses and when I took it to the manager he gave the impression he didn’t believe me and I felt he was accusing me that it was mine so I was totally disappointed. And the spa that was working was only hot the first night then like warm the second day. When booking there was no alert to say pool and spa under construction

Great location, clean rooms with everything we needed. Perfect place for our family birthday celebration

+ big room+ 2 parking lots available- the kitchen and dining area was small- ants throughout the apartment- pool should be open until April 15th, was closed at April 5th and looked closed since a few weeks- apartement came to age

A fan for the unit? It was really hot. Lighting wasn't too great. We like to read.

The pool is nice. There is a nice barbecue area and a Petanque court. It is fairly quiet although it is close to town.

Facilities were really good it was nice and clean

The people staying above us in unit 21 came home at 1am and were partying until 3. The stomped around and were yelling so loud we couldn’t sleep

Location was great and good to have 3 apartments together for our party

Everything was really nice , staff were awesome couldn’t ask for a better place to stay location is perfect

Only thing to fault was the beds being really hard . but otherwise couldn’t fault anything

The Pool, Close to town, friendly staff

The rooms were really warm at night and the aircon didn’t reach the bedrooms. Had to put a noisy fan in to get some sleep.

We stayed for our daughter's wedding, the accommodation was the perfect fit for us with ease of access and the configuration of the apartment.

Another flanel an bubbly glasses was only 1 pool was too deep 4 me to really enjoy

Spacious apartment, swimming pool + spa pool on site, smart TV, super close to the shops and the beach.

The bed is too soft for me (back issues).

Such a nice spot that was so conveniently close to town! Beautiful big pool and our room was very nice clean and the beds were super comfy!
