The linen wasn?t changed the next day. We had to ask for clean towels.

Not much.

The t.v didn't work and the tea cups were not clean. Only one big towel for 2 night stay.

The location. Was close to family. Dining room good Meals good Staff very good

The location

The curtain fell off the window. I reported it and was told it would be fixed within an hour, but it was never fixed. The window faced the street which it was not private and the street light shone in the room all night

It was very central.

There was no parking at the back as indicated on the web and also on the hotel signage, so has to park on the road. I had asked for 2 single beds, but there was a double. We were moved to another room, that was dirty. The TV didn’t work. There was tea & coffee but no milk. Only 1 glass was available. The central heating didn’t work. There was extremely loud music that sounded like it was in our room. Fortunately that stopped at 11:30. We were hoping to get breakfast in the morning, but the restaurant wasn’t open. Very disappointed.

The place definitely hadn't been cleaned there was pee on the toilet seat,the curtain fell down couldn't be fixed bedsides had marks from glasses air con didn't work carpet was filthy and more

The music was noisy at night even though the pub below was closed. Second night I went a spoke to the bar person who had the sounds blasting. But the food was nice.

Location, room had a modern look

Shower head broken, no milk in room & fridge froze the milk in the morning. Entrance door after hours needed a clean, No information on how to use the aircon in room

The stairs were a problem for an eighty year old and a rail over the bath/ shower would be a safety thing

The Room was clean, the price was very good for 2 adults, 1 child given competitors prices. The double bed was extra large. Receptionist was nice. Easy check in.

Room is above a pub which is fine because we got there late (midnight) after looking at the lights in New Plymouth. But the club over the road was very loud, sounded like a house party. The curtains could use improving, the light on the AC illuminated the room making impossible to sleep but it was very hot. Carpet needs replacing.

Great place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's clean and tidy. The food is great. Will stay there again.

Staff are amazing. Room was cosy warm and comfortable. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.Totally recommend if u need a place to stay in Waitara

Could not get TV to work as it was late we didn't want to bother manager. It wasn't end of the world. Loud music which was expected as room above Pub, but it died at 11pm, and that was acceptable.

Very good seething and so helpful when contacted directly about the booking. We stay here a lot and really like it. Very spacious comfortable rooms.

Staff was friendly.

Aircon didn’t work and requested bed to be made into 2 singles and that wasn’t done even after we left them to fix it up. We split it with the linen she gave us. Said that they weren’t notified with enough time. Booking was made & paid for a few days before arrival.

The room I stayed in was very clean. Everything I needed was included and I found the bed comfortable and the location was quiet. For budget accommodation I was very happy with the room I stayed in.

Easy to find.

No onsite parking due to the state of the carpark, broken glass and rubbish over the carpark. Bed uncomfortable. Room very hot and unable to have windows open overnight due to the bar downstairs and noise of bar patrons on the footpath. Bar downstairs noise. Rooms are not soundproof. Music and yelling did not stop until 2am. As the night went on the music got louder. No cutlery available to be able to even make a coffee with. Drain in bathroom sink not draining properly. Out of all the motels I have stayed in this would be by far the worst and would not recommend to others
