ibis Styles Le Puy en Velay

Great location near town centre and rail station.

Dated rooms (think 1980s) with old fashioned metal keys, no usb ports, no contactless payment in the restaurant.

Great central location with good parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Good sized room with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.

Great central location, very friendly welcome. Best breakfast we’ve ever had in France! Not the most luxurious hotel but great value for money.

Decor is a bit tired & nowhere to pull in to drop off luggage as on a busy street.

superb breakfastlending kettlegreetings

parkingdoor shut to the restaurant - invasive smell of fish

Close to the old city and the distillery. The room was well sound-proofed and the breakfast buffet was very good for this class of hotel. The receptionist was very pleasant. It has a secure parking garage for which the charge is very reasonable.

The decor!

Great location for all the main parts of Le Puy. Quiet room looking over the square at side. Good food in Brasserie which joins hotel. Very helpful staff at reception.

Great location in the centre of town, great to have secure parking very nearby. Superb dinner at on-site brasserie La Taverne.

perfect location to visit city centre, very nice staff, underground parking

Location near the city centre was good and access to car park was great for a city hotel. Food was adequate for our needs and the place was comfortable and clean.

Good location on the edge of the old city. Excellent breakfasted .Parking available.Friendly staff.

They provided tea and coffee in Reception but it would have been preferable in my room

The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom large with great water pressure. The staff was welcoming. The location is good.

The hotel mentions it has A/C... but they only start it mid-June. Our bedroom was very hot, and when we opened the windows, the bright lights from the street lights that shone directly into our bedroom and the extremely noisy traffic all night long kept us awake all night.

The breakfast is very good. Better than expected for a 3 star hotel. Location is superb! Easy walking distance to centre of old town (5 mins)

Good value for money. Reception staff member was great, very friendly. Good underground parking for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed. Decent sized room. Bright colour scheme throughout the hotel which I liked.

The bathroom was a little run down but all functioned fine.

Lovely modern hotel in the centre. Great bakery next door

Excellent location good for all restaurants and sites. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Good location with reserved underground parking in the parking lot across the street (need to get parking code from reception first). Clean and comfy and airco works fine but a bit slowly. Can easily walk to most places from the hotel. Breakfast is good and there is free tea and coffee near the reception. Staff were very friendly.

It is very close to the ancient city, with complete facilities, clean and tidy, convenient transportation and convenient parking.

The Ibis Styles is a great hotel close to the center of downtown and adjoining the Saturday market. It's an easy 5-minute walk from the train station. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable.

Excellent, good breakfast, good parking,Good service

Good location in centre of Le Puy, clean, bright room with a large, comfy bed.

The very secure underground parking was why we chose this hotel, but we felt the spaces were very small, having said that our vehicles were not damaged.
