Location, breakfast, staff

Good breakfast. Parking very useful. Good wifi.

Rooms are extremely small.

Excellent location, with parking with cctv.

Rooms a little small, shower faulty, clean but dated decor and facilities.

Central, free parking and lovely breakfast.

Nothing really.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - couldn't have been better! Hotel in a brilliant location, and with ample car parking. Breakfasts were copious and delicious.

Nothing!

Convenient location. Comfortable with good facilities

The bar hours could be reviewed to accommodate the traveller

Great breakfast and friendly staff.

The room was small, entry into the room was quite narrow.

Comfortable, clean room. Good breakfast and good meal in the restaurant.

The beds were incredibly comfortable! And the staff was very friendly and efficient.

The rooms were really small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent for the town centre. Breakfast was good quality and the staff were keeping things topped up.

No; for what it was it was very good.

This hotel has good parking, on site, behind the building, with CCTV overlooking the car park. The location is convenient for walking to the cathedral and the old town area. Everything seemed clean and breakfast was good.

We had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about vegetarian food and were assured that wouldn't be a problem but on the night of our stay there was no vegetarian food available and we were served lentils with bacon, despite asking for no meat. The kitchen did instead provide French beans, but dinner was a disappointing experience.

location was quite good and the staff helpful. Free parking was a bonus.

There was nothing particularly outstanding about this hotel or bad although, a kettle or coffee machine would have been very welcome!

Clean, functional room in good location with parking. Fine breakfast and good evening meal.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Free parking with lots of space—three lots. Restaurant on site serving lunch and dinner—decent food. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Located very near main sites via skort walk.
