Cit'hôtel Le Chris'tel hôtel et restaurant

Efficient, clean and good breakfast

The price they charged me was more than that indicated by your website. When I queried this, the receptionist said that the price had changed since I booked it on your site - only one hour before. What! I paid the new price but won¿t use your site again

Exceeded expectations. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms were large, very comfy bed. Appreciated that there was a fridge to keep water cold and some snacks for our road trip. Great location! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice room and very pleasant staff. Great service and food in the restaurant.

Encounters with the staff at all points (reception, breakfast, restaurant) were always a joy, very friendly and accommodating with all our questions and concerns.

Our stay should have been longer!

Great staff ! Hotel very clezn and close to the city

Easy to find Parking easy and convenient.Staff friendly and efficient Room very comfortable Easy access to town centre

Breakfast a bit ordinary and slow to restock.

Good location and a short walk into historical centre. We had to change rooms as the pipe to the WC made a high pitched noise but it was done very quickly with no fuss. We had a parking space at the side of the hotel which was helpful. Staff were friendly and breakfast good.

Nothing to dislike but would have been nice to have a kettle in room.

The location was great, very close to the city centre but near a quiet park. Parking was easily accessible and free in the hotel grounds. Staff were very helpful and a good choice in the buffet breakfast. It was very much appreciated being able to sit out on the balcony during the humid evening.

It is hard to make any negative comment.

Lovely dining room, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, lovely showers, friendly staff

Wasps eating the jams and honey in the mornings, I suggest they should be covered, there were at least 5 wasps immersed in them on our first day. Would like more options for hot breakfast, tomatoes , hash browns, boiled eggs, mushrooms etc

The location, it was just a short walk into the centre of the city. We found the staff helpful, friendly, and welcoming. In the evening we ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent.

No air conditioning, as a result, with the temperature being so high, was unable to get a good night's sleep.

It was only a short walk to town centre. We had a balcony on the roadside and there were 2 lots of sliding doors so very quiet.

The room was very nice and well appointed and the hotel was easy to find although quite a walk for us oldies into town with the cathedral beyond our capabilities. We dined in the hotel restaurant and that was very nice.

The receptionist said that we hadn't booked and paid for breakfast until we showed her our booking on our Booking.com app. which was a bit unnecessary.

Close to the centre, staff were great.

The bed was a bit small

Good spacious room and bathroom. Fairly quiet even though we faced a road.

A good budget option with pleasant staff and a great breakfast - a no frills room which was comfortable with a good bed and plenty of space - nothing luxurious but spotlessly clean and pleasant friendly staff.

Nothing - it was exactly as expected in this price range

Very comfortable hotel well situated in Le Puy. Good restaurant on site and an easy walk to restaurants in town. Rooms large and spacious with comfortable beds. Free parking on site. Friendly helpful staff.

Liked everything.

Hotel parking was spacious and just next door.

Not to blame but a bit old.

Very clean and quiet. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

Easy parking behind the hotel, good breakfast with enough choise. Short walk to the old town.

Good location, clean good size room, nice balcony. great off road parking for motorcycles. Great breakfast.
