Easy spot to get to on a long stretch of highway.

There were moldy wet carpets that sloshed you socks wet and made all of my clothing/luggage for the remainder of the trip smell like garbage. The bathroom smelled like body odor, like an Italian subway in August. There were spiderwebs everywhere.

the host, was great - warm, helpful, knowledgable and caring.

Lovely staff very happy and nice, room was clean, bed was comfy, great pressure from the shower.

Easlly accessible location. Safe and secure. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Centrally located for where we needed to come and go from while in the area. Ability to prepare breakfast and pack picnic lunches. Overall area of the town is somewhat impoversihed and crime in the area in on the rise. However, we felt very safe where our accomodations were. The owners take pride in making sure their hotel and guests are comfortable in their surroundings..

No recommendations for change.

Extremely friendly welcome. They were chatty in a good way and answered questions.Lovely swimming pool which was just right after a hot day travelling in the car.

New owners have done a great job updating the rooms. Great locations with super friendly and helpful staff. I will be back.

The units were clean and tidy, and the gardens were well maintained. There was a spa and pool but we didn't venture in that direction. Welcoming hosts, great to have a room with three separate beds as we were three single ladies travelling together.

The TV was small for the size of the room, and a long way away from the sofa. The neighbouring units are very close together.

Thanks to Kenny for providing looking after our boys while they were away in Kaitaia for work.They are very helpful, professional and are extrememly mindful of their guests.

There was a loud cylinder in the closet.

Clean, comfortable, definitely value for money and very welcoming upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again. It fitted our purpose.
