Coastal Comfort Motel

Not a great deal it was pretty ordinary

There was no airconditioner in the room, being upstairs on a warm day the room was very warm. There is no sea view, you get a glimpse of the water when walking along the verandah upstairs to your room that hardly justifies a sea view.

on arrival hotel employee was lovely. she gave me some directions and tips for the restaurant that we booked for dinner, including a map to follow. She was very helpful. The room was better than expected, very clean and beds were very comfortable.

It would have been nice if guests were a bit spread out. Walls seem thin. There were not many guests, but we could hear the people in the next room

Pictures show a regular motel room, but this is appointed much better than regular. It is also set back from the main road so much quieter.

Incorrectly charged

Spacious and near to town. They have laundry service but just until 6pm

The room we get got some issue which the aircond sound is too loud and effect our sleep and we unable feedback to staff due to no staff around after 6pm because we found the issue at night

Good wi fi. Good location. Balcony view of the ocean.

No reception desk, all done remotely. Steep stairs. Some TLC needed on door paint work. TV navigation tricky. When will someone have a simple set up. No fan in bathroom, poor water pressure in shower.Door entry pad is diabolical, as mentioned by other previous comments.

Never again.

Location was ok, but Narooma isn’t a big town so any location would be ok. The room was decent sized however it was not very clean. Basic amenities were provided and I saw that one of the biscuit packets was already open but placed back into the holder with the tea and coffee packets. This was the beginning of the end.When going off to bed, we started hearing a crinkling noise and assumed it was the trash in the bin sliding around. The noise continued and we went to investigate. It turned out that it was a mouse nibbling on that open packet of biscuits, on top of the microwave. When we approached it, the mouse ran straight into a hole in the wall indicating that there could be more than one of them behind there. Tried contacting the owners but they were uncontactable (since we checked in, no reply. And even now a day after our stay, nobody has replied our messages and emails). Never stay here if you have a choice.

Location

Obviously the room(s) were ready for a major refit. 2 lights not working, TV remote unreadable very basic Motel fitout etc.

Very easy check in and check out with code-pad doors. Location is great.

Bed was comfy and clean

They gave me a different room as compared to what I booked

Apartment was big and comfortable

Traffic was noisy at night but beds were very comfy so still fell asleep

Awesome location heaps of parking super large family room the best

Comfortable, neat and tidy property with all the essentials(toiletries included). Property was barely 10 minutes from the seal dive. Restaurants close by as well.

A classic Princes Hwy motel. Clean but very much in original condition. No staff onsite. All interactions over text but very responsive. Decent value for what it was but could use a refresh.

Great location. Room was adequate, very tired decor, felt grubby. Terrible smell from the fish and chip shop in front of the motel. I love retro, but this is retro and needs replacing. However it’s cheap and in a good location.

Location, available car park, value for money, cleanliness, amenities and convenient to access. Rooms was also secured, well cleaned and comfy.

Not much. Pretty happy in overall.

Room is satisfactory and met expections Good location and good view from upper level balcony. Rooms are a bit dated, could do with a modernisation.

The kitchen light wasn’t working… I would have preferred upstairs with the outside view & not on street level & .. I hung my good beach towel to dry overnight on the metal stand & I got 2 rust marks

Motel is very central and easily located. Although the light behind the bed didn’t work it was a little worrying that they were loose.
