The location was good.

The walls were very thin. We could hear the man next door snoring all night. We had very little sleep:(

Comfortable bed. Decent room size.

The bathroom was dreadful, so much so that we didn’t want to use the shower. It was dirty, in need of serious updating and not at all inviting. The check in process is not easy. No staff to be seen.

Check-in and check-out didn't involve talking to any staff. We were simply sent a code for the door earlier in the day. Great water pressure in the shower.

Intentionally missleading room name "Queen room" only to discover it is only a double bed upon arrival. After checking the ad online, I realised they do this with all the rooms that include "queen" in the name. The bed was also on wheels and moved whenever you sat on it - you couldn't even lean against the wall to read a book as it would just roll away. The bathrooms are very old and need replacing. The pool outside was not clean. The walls are not very thick - we had a neighbouring room that left early in the morning and we could not sleep while they packed and chatted etc. There was also a cockroach in the room when we arrived.

So disappointing. Worst stay we have ever had.

The path to the cabin was broken concrete. Very dangerous walking down. The cabin was freezing cold. The heater wasn’t working. You could see the earth through the floor boards. At 7am a Bob cat started scraping the earth next to,our window.

no heater , no insulation, horribly cold at night . poor security with breakfast door only locked with a wardrobe key lock , anyone can climb in this door and steal belongings

Rooms facilities were good, also clean and shower was hot. Very good price for the room

Couldn’t book in on site. Having to book via the internet is a pain. If the young lady wasn’t there to help me, I would have gone on.

I had to ask a cleaner for an access code as it was not texted after 2.00pm.

Although clean with some recent improvements made to the room there were some old and dated features remaining. The bathroom door had water damage at the base.

Inexpensive, clean and cozy.

Needs minor maintenance. Flickering lights, gaps between floor and wall, leaking taps, loose door handle, poor wifi, etc.

There was a pool, and a nice garden the boys loved exploring. The staff were accommodating and friendly

The place need a good renovation not just painting.No reception and i understand why when we got there .The place is fealty,smells on urine ,it was ants everywhere in the room and the toilet ,the carpet on the front of the toilet door was soaked wet.We had booked for two night but we leave the very next morning ask for refund and I was offered credit night that i didn’t even considered too accept .Poor very poor place The swimm pool that they advertising is small and dirty too Is nothing in this place that I could point is good .That Motel should be checked by health inspectors and close down until they doesn’t provide quality for the value of the money they demanding per night I would never recommend this place for stay

The location and the check-in process.

Room 9 - aircon didn't work well then in the morning it wouldn't turn off. Had ants in the room just 5 minutes after eating dinner. Curtains didn't close properly. The tap dripped all night.

Easy checked in. Location is good. Just a basic room but with good value of money.

Room was clean and tidy.

Disturbed and subjected to four hours of yelling, screaming and filthy language from a domestic dispute of another guest in the complex, with no intervention from the motel owners who were closer to the situation than our room was. P.S at midnight we almost called the police to intervene.

Convenient, easy to find location. Hassle-free self-checkin with clear instructions and electronic code door lock. Room was comfortable and clean for an overnight stay. Reasonably priced.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool. Although it’s located on a busy road, it feels very safe.

It wasn’t the cleanest. The beds/benches/sheets etc were clean but the exhaust fans were almost completely blocked, there were cobwebs on the walls and the walls were dirty. The night traffic was also quite loud.

Reasonably quiet during the night considering it is situated on the highway.

The bed was uncomfortable and the insect screens in the bathroom looked like they had never been cleaned as they were covered in grime and dust. The shower needed repeated adjustment, running too hot one moment and cold the next.

Bed rolls around. No smart tv. Kitchen power points need repair- insufficient plugs. Fire safety upgrades needed and out of date. Last tested 2021.
