Location and it was clean
The TV cords or plugs were faulty and the tv kept disconnecting. Light in bathroom didn’t work and bathroom fan didn’t work. Very noisy above restaurant.
The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was phenomenal from the quality of towels and bed linen to the little extras like cutlery, plates and wine glasses. You can tell the owners have taken a lot of care and pride in offering a great venue. Highly recommend

Room was very small. The folding table and chairs for extra seating were a thoughtful addition to the room although tiny.
It was close to everything and was clean
The bed was really hard and the tv didn’t work, could only get abc or sbs and then it would turn off and on every couple of minutes.
The location of the motel is very central and close to many cafes and restaurants.The room was OK , functional .. but it doesn't have microwave and bowls for the porridge
Hot water took a long time to heat up and some things didn’t work in the room but we were only there for the night and only was in the room to sleep and shower so overall was good.

Tv is a bit dated and shower takes couple mins to get hot but this is nit picking
Nothing except the view
2 lights didn't work. TV didn't work until assistance caller (you have to telephone as there is no reception. Takes 4-10 minutes for hot water to run.

Great location on the Great Ocean Road with plenty of parking. Self check in, well explained by email, the entrance and corridor are tired and in need of some sprucing but our room was great. Comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom, clean and tidy with smart tv which is just what we needed after a long day on the road. Great restaurant, Graze, just across the car park too.
