Beachfront Motel

Easy check in and out, great location, spacious, clean great for a night or two. Nothing fancy but great overall.

Location

No hot water so only cold shower the morning we left. I asked other customers and no one had hot water that morning. There were no staff on the premises, not in the office or housekeeping. Very basic rooms

Perfect location, very close to the beach, a small supermarket and restaurants. our Room was large with high ceilings, very clean, nice sized kitchen and bathroom with an amazing shower! Beds were comfortable and the location was very quiet at night. Plus undercover parking for the car right outside our door.

The coffee cups weren’t clean and only 1 toilet roll supplied. Pillows were a little flat.

Showers water pressure was very poor so waitin gfor water to heat up took nearly 3 minutes,

The room was very modern and the location was fantastic! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was wonderful! Parking away from the road was great too

The bed was a bit hard. Could've used a topper. There was also no cooktop, just a microwave

Mechanical noise from outside during the night made for an interrupted sleep.

What a great place to stay, a classic beach motel with modern facilities along the Great Ocean Road! Very comfortable with everything you need including kitchenette. Opposite the beach and the truly wonderful Apollo Bay Information Center.

Fantastic beach-adjacent motel with spacious and clean rooms.

Booked a 2 night stay and was pleasantly surprised by the space and layout of the room. Beds on separate sides of the room. Well resourced kitchen with table and chairs as well as comfortable chairs in the main room. Bathroom was new and well laid out with a terrific rainfall shower. The owners were pleasant and helpful. It was a very short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants and across the road from the beach.

The only thing we could think of the kitchen window needed a blind.

I thought it was unusual that there were no staff at checkout, but perhaps it’s a cost cutting measure?

The bed was comfortable, room was clean and was a short walk to eateries and shops.

The air conditioner didn’t work but wasn’t necessary as it wasn’t overly warm after our first night.

The facility was very clean. Great location. It was quiet & relaxing during my stay. Appreciated the email sent prior to my arrival. Helpful sign at reception with contact mobile number.

Maybe a steak knife. Everything was really good.

Having only one small hand towel (in addition to the one bath towel per person) and no face towels at all is very unusual and not very convenient for a three night stay without daily Service.
