Great location! Located in the central area of Apollo Bay. Close to shops and restaurants! Easy check in, clean and comfortable room and free on site laundry available.

This was one of our stays along the Great Ocean Road. Everything in Apollo Bay is a short walk away and a short drive from many sights. This motel has a much appreciated on-site laundry.

Checked in at 7:30 (30 min past check in) and didn’t know that was the case. The front desk seemed very upset and frank. Unfortunately, circumstances happen. The attitude was not helpful! For the cost and lack of hospitality, I’m not sure I’d recommend it.

A little overpriced for type of room but it is prime season so understandable. Very clean and friendly staff were the highlights!

The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, well equipped with a kettle and coffee corner, good shower, and good wifi. Check in took just a minute, everything was ready for us.

I really hate this hotel. A racist who is not well educated saying that “water only in the kettle” in English but highlight “热水壶只能用于加热水，请勿将其它体液或饮料在壶中加热。The kettle can only be used to heat water. Do not heat other body fluids or beverages in the kettle.” in Chinese. Very offensive, stupid, and not acceptable. Will you use kettle for your body fluids such as blood or semen? Why do you think Chinese people will do so? Please learn Chinese language and culture and be aware of the fact that Chinese people who can travel abroad are well educated and comparable rich :) I am a Chinese but I can speak English, Japanese, Dutch, German. I learned different languages, cultures, people. I never have any stereotype of people from different countries. I could be polite and kind to nice people but not to a racist who is treating myself and other Chinese rudely and disrespect. Hmm, in well educated Vitoria. So interesting :)

Manager returned emails. She was very helpful. She extended herself. She gave us our requested first floor unit.Even though we did not use them, there is free guest laundry services. Space was very large. Parking in front of unit makes it easy to deal with luggage.

The location of the motel was close to restaurants and shops. The room exceeded our expectations and was so big and roomy and very nicely decorated. It was ver clean and comfortable.

Worst bed and pillows ever!!!!’ Couldn’t sleep because of the noise from other guests and the pub next door! Room was on need of a makeover. Paid an exhorbitant amour for the worst room ever.

Staff were nice and apartment was clean. The beds were really comfy and the bathroom was spacious. GREAT location, short walk to everything we needed.

There were wooden steps outside our room that were very loud when used to access upper level. There was a large family that were going from each others room running up and down the stairs and talking loudly outside the door (obviously not the fault of the accommodation) but this went on until midnight by which point I had to go outside and ask them to stop.
