Everything was broken, room so small you couldn’t even open your own suitcases. The television was tiny and didn’t work. There was a dead parakeet outside the window, terrible stay had to leave early.

The location!!!Walkable to town which is one street with shops and restaurants. Quiet away from the crowds but walkable to the restaurants. Good stop to stay on the way to Great Ocean Road!

Didn’t see staff only when we checked in. Room was okay. Tub/shower was high to get into but they did have jets. No full length mirror which is annoying.

We loved the Apollo Bay Area. Very beautiful.

Room was small. Balcony was tiny. Bed not made properly, we had to remake it. Not enough glasses. Asked for more but not received.

Location was great, walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Covered parking.

The facilities were very dated. Also we booking a room with two twin beds, motel emailed to confirm but there were only king bed rooms in the entire motel. Then why was the option available and why asked? And the motel didn’t tell us the twin beds option is not available. That’s a lie!

The top floor apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Both the bed and couches were comfortable.

Stairs! Unfortunately, the service lift only goes from the Basement to 1st level and we were staying on the top floor.

The accommodation was adequate but looked a bit down at heel. One of our rooms had the tap fall off with water squirting out. The bed was comfy but room was small and did not feel like hanging around in the room.

Not much space in the room besides the bed and everything seemed tired the aspect was poor not somewhere you felt like sitting around and relaxing.

Very comfortable king beds! Very clean and comfy stay :) secure parkade was a bonus. Great location! Would stay here again!

The only con I can think of for this property is the lack of elevator given how many stairs there are. No complaints otherwise.

Great price for a last-minute booing over a long weekend. Central location.

Office was not manned. I found this strange. Picked up the room key for an unlocked box, returned it tot he same box. Room entry is a sliding door which is difficult to get around the pull down blind. When you leave the room you have the leave the blind up or the door wont shut which means anyone walking past your room can clearly see inside while you're not there.

The location was great. Within short easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and the park.

The shower head wouldn't stay up and we notified reception but had to follow up hours later. The only solution given was to keep it up with a cable tie. The hair dryer wiring was showing and touched my hand and then stopped working, it was quickly replaced but very dangerous. Two very thin shower towels and only one hand towel between us. Cheap palmolive bath liquid. The curtains and roller blinds were an absolute pain to close and open.

Love the stay at the Apollo we stayed in the apartment,lots of room separate bedroom from the kitchen/dining room,clean and comfortable ,walking distance to cafe and restaurant and a walk to the beach a great location to stay on the great ocean Road thank you

Excellent location just across from the beach and walking distance from restaurants and shops. Safe basement parking! Room was clean, spacious and comfortable!

The location was very easy to find, and very near the beach. It has some restaurants around the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. I spent just one night with my mom. It’s a good stop for someone that would like to enjoy the cities around the great ocean road (Apollo Bay is the best stop!!!)

Room was clean and well presented, all the basic amenities provided. Check in and check out very easy. Bed was massive and very comfy.

Hot water runs out very quickly. Had to have cold showers. Bathroom could do with a refresh - chips in sink and bath staring to look a bit worn.

Fully equipped self contained apartment that provided for all our needs.The upstairs apartment at the front of the property has a great balcony and limited water views which was provided at an excellent room rate.

Clean, friendly, good location and excellent value.

Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working at the time of our stay so had to carry luggage up stairs after a long day of exploring and walking. Also, no views from the unit.
