Convenient location easy to check in as the instruction from the owner is very clear. No issue with the check in process at all. the location is fantastic as it is just 5min walk away from the food amenities

the toilet needs to have a drain point to drain the excess water. There isnt a drain point and the water just accumulate the one point of the toilet. Other than this all is ok.

We returned here for a second stay as it was so good... Michelle and her team are so accommodating and provide a high quality experience. We loved the beds and cotton bedding, kitchen areas and bathroom facilities. Location is great too

Leaving too soon!

This place is excellent- great staff, excellent location, comfortable facilities, etc. We booked a 2 bedroom and stayed in unit 17. Kim greeted me at the front desk with a welcoming smile and travel tips to explore the Great Ocean Road (thank you for mentioning Bay of Martyrs). Our unit had high powered AC and fans which were appreciated. The fridge had a pitcher of cold water, and the bed was super comfy. The sheets were perfectly starched and fresh, but silky soft, to the point I need to know where they’re from. The towels are the best I’ve encountered- super plush and soft. I need those in my life too. The unit was extremely clean and the water pressure in the shower was ample. The Makuna honey shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were lovely and smelled great. This has been the best hotel on our Australian vacation, and the sheets and towels are literally some of the best I’ve encountered and I’ve spent almost 600 nights in Marriott hotels in the last 8 years. Kudos to the owners because they care & it shows.

Nice but pricey

When I had accidentally left my FireTV dongle in the room they wanted $40 to post it. It fit in an Extra Small prepaid parcel satchel which is less than $10. The place is located within 100 meters of the post office.

The apartments were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Close to cafes and grocery stores. Perfect accommodations.

The shower was in the tub and had now curtain or walls. Water everywhere. Spa tub needs to be replaced.

Exceeded expectations - spacious room, comfy bed, quiet, peaceful at night could hear ocean. Nice having beach across road to pop over in morning for quick walk and pics.

Update bath

Great location across the road from the beach. We had a two bedroom unit that was clean & spacious.

Spotless. Warm beds with electrical bed mattress. Really good to sleep.

Smell of perfume

The Motor Inn exceeded our expectations. The entire apartment (with ocean view) was really big, nice, and equipped with everything you may need. The staff was super kind and promptly responded to any doubts and questions we had. There was a book with all details about the apartments and nearby restaurants and instructions. I read in the reviews that the rooms were cold, especially the bathroom - well, we stayed in winter and had no problem, heating was working perfectly (yes, I think there was no heating in the bathrooms, but actually they turned out to be warm).

Everything in this hotel is great. Michele is very kind and this is a family owned business they are very kind couple. It seems like this hotel is their pride and joy.In fact I already missed that place compared to one we are staying now. They provide both my kids each bed and the room is very clean and spacious. Wiah we stayed longer.

Great location and a great size apartment. Value for money which was great. I can definitely recommend this place if you are passing through. Staff where lovely. Short walk to the beach and cafes/piubs...

Everything! Have stayed numerous times in Apollo bay but would have to say this is one of the best so far, quick and friendly check-in ,spotless and loved being able to watch a movie too.

Very easy to find, right on the main street but the property is very quiet. Michelle at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, had a very good night sleep.

Nothing really. However it would be better if there is laundry machine and dryer in the 2 bedroom unit will be wonderful.
