The room was neat and clean with plenty of sunlight. We had a small issue with the room when we checked in but on speaking to Reception were moved to another room without any fuss. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed to cook a quick dinner and breakfast. We had a very comfortable stay!

I had a very distressing experience during checkout at this property. When I went to return the key, the manager on duty spoke to me in an extremely aggressive and inappropriate manner. The key was snatched out of my hand and I was yelled at, leaving me feeling very unsafe and shaken.I contacted management afterwards hoping to resolve the matter privately, but I received no proper follow-up. They claimed they didn’t have my correct phone number, yet I later realised they had already messaged me on the same number before my stay. Even after providing it again, I did not receive any call or acknowledgement.Overall, the behaviour I experienced and the lack of accountability afterwards were very disappointing. I hope the property takes this seriously and improves how guests are treated and how complaints are handled.

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath room w/balcony was nice, only complaint is that it only has a peak of the ocean view while standing up all the way in the corner of the balcony, had hoped that we’d have an actual Seaview from our room. The property is under wonderful new management and they were all so nice and helpful!

Only one bathroom for two rooms :/

The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the facilities anyone could need. The bathroom was modern with a great shower. The check-in process was so easy and the person who met us at reception was friendly and helpful. Apollo Bay is a perfect stop-off on the Great ocean Road adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend Seaview Motel and Apartments.

No complaints at all

the location is good, it is just a short walk to reach the beach if we want to and it stay among the peaceful place. the room is big enough for 4 of us, it is clean and comfy. facilities inside are fully equipped, stove, toaster etc. we can have great dinner and breakfast all along. it is all clean, room, beds, pillows, it is all good yet the beds are a bit too soft for us. the staff is nice and friendly.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Location was beautiful and convenient to local shops and restaurants.

The room is very clean and spacious, and the bed is big and very comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything you need.

Our room was downstairs, and we could hear kids running and jumping upstairs. It was okay, as they quieted down when we returned from dinner. I suggest choosing an upstairs room if you prefer a quieter stay.

It was a very nice room. Good value for money and walking distance to the nearest hotel which had excellent food. The staff were excellent and we will definitely come back again.

Very friendly staff at check-in.•The room was spacious, modern, and clean.•The hotel provides a good and fast internet connection, which was very convenient.

•The bathroom has no heating, and even at +14°C in the morning it was impossible to comfortably take a shower or even wash up – it felt freezing cold after stepping out of hot water.•No shower curtain, so water splashes easily onto the floor.•In the room there were only two wine glasses and two water glasses – very limited.•In the kitchen, there is a note about a $20 fine if you don’t wash the dishes, yet no sponge was provided to do so.•Very poor soundproofing – you can hear everything from the street and neighboring rooms.•Weak water pressure.

Comfortable clean and close to shops and restaurants

Smooth self check-in. Spacious room and bathroom. Little bottles of toiletries provided. A little patio overlooking the street (we stayed in a room on ground floor).Good value for money.

Thin walls. Could hear people talking next door at night but fortunately not too loud.

Location was very close to the beach and a local supermarket. Room was quite spacious. You got small kitchenette to prepare simple meals. You also have a nice patio outside for having breakfast. The room come with smart TV which is a bonus especially watching youtube. Staff are very friendly and resourceful to ensure our stay here is comfortable and memorable as possible.

Bed is comfortable but the pillow is quite hard so i just used one pillow to get the right position to sleep. But apart from that nothing really.

Receptionist lady was very helpful, kind and welcoming. We booked the downstairs two-bedroom apartment, which is spacious enough for our stay. We stayed in winter and the heating was sufficient. The kids enjoyed Netflix.

If I were to mention a few things to improve, they need to have a kitchen cooktop exhaust installed to get air sucked out of the room. At present, it just circulates inside the room, so if you cook something spicy or even bacon, the whole apartment becomes unbearably smelly. Also, the missing oven was a bummer for us.

The renovations to the property are good. There was a well equipped and very clean kitchen.The only thing that let the property down was that the floors had not been vacuumed nor had the balcony been swept and there were food crumbs on the balcony and unit floor as well as sand.Also, we hadn't read all the instructions in the information book due to hour of arrival. A service is only provided if you place a sign on the door. This is not usual motel practise and you at least expect the bed to be made as a bare minimum.

The location is handy to the main attractions in Apollo Bay. The room was comfortable and well laid-out.

The view was facing a road. It would have been better to have views of the bay.
