Too far from town; no communication with reception

It was not the first time we’ve been here. The overall hygiene condition is disappointing.

The quilt cover was dirty. The toilet tower was yellow. The toilet was leaking or pretty wet.

Nice place in a good location. Room was clean and modernized

The deck was covered in bird poop and it was clear the deck had not been cleaned. I ended up getting a hose pipe and washing it off myself before we could use it. A broom or vacuum in the room would have been great.

The views for the upper Rooms are extraordinary I don’t think you get the same thing for the lowers The property itself is picturesque, particularly with the alpacas and farm animals

In general, no effort was put in to the comfort and amenities for the rooms. The beds were adequate at best . It was overpriced for the standard it delivered.

Cheap hair dryer, leaking coffee machine, bathroom soap and shampoo did not have a very pleasant smell

The stunning location was my favourite part. I also loved how the bed faced the sea, the hot shower, and the alpacas!

Someone had left rubbish under the seat in my courtyard (gross cigarette packet)

The view was amazing and the place was beautifully renovated.

The shower could’ve been better maintained(some scum/mould buildup at the bottom and the soaps in the dispenser looked a bit like they’d been there a long time) and a few more amenities and cutlery/utensils/Oil provided in the kitchen to make it truly self contained. Never saw a single staff member. The reception was closed when I checked in(around 3:30pm) and when I checked out(around 9:30am). The price was a little steep for the ‘executive studio’, and the trees could use a good trim back, after all you’re paying for the view.

Ocean view straight from the bed and shower, huge mirror in washroom, everything needed for cooking in the kitchen. Alpacas and different birds are walking around behind the fence across the road to reception. 3 minutes drive to Apollo Bay cafes and shops.

Windows at the front door don't have blackout shades. If you plan to stay for more than a few days note that the room is made up only once a week, so if you need fresh sheets or towels earlier you have to catch the cleaning stuff in the morning.

Location

Need more facilities such as an oven, dishwasher etc. The couch was dirty and smelly, so we had to put a blanket on it to sit.

The room is basically a motel room with zero amenities. Not even tissues.

The property was well furnished and clean! It had all amenities and we did not have to worry about buying anything. Loved the property and loved the location of the property!!!! Absolutely amazing!!

There were many insects and reptiles near the room. We saw some mice too.

The view from the room is very beautiful. You can see the sea, the beach and the sunrise. The hygiene in the room is also very good. You can feed the alpacas during the day and see the Milky Way at night.

The location and views were excellent.

Paid top dollars in Euro for room as shown on booking site but ended up with a downgraded room. So expectations of bookingknline did not meet reality we ended up with.

The heater was less than effective, the toilet seat was broken. The crockery and cutlery were bare minimum, it would have been nice to have some extras, I know we are a couple but only 2 glasses and 2 of everything, was disappointing

It is expensive and the tissues used were also 2 ply only not 3ply or plus quality Toiletries were not provided, cheap quality shampoo and conditioner and body wash just not worth the price
