Great location along the Great Ocean Road. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Didn't rate the staff due to no one on the front desk when we arrive/left the hotel. Easy check in/out. Took our keys with our name on it and left it on the counter when we left.

No key in locked box. No English spoken. They had given our room to someone else. That person arrived shortly later and they had been allocated a different room but was given our room. Staff had no idea what to do. Other guest and myself sorted things out.

The location was amazing for the view, but you are located across from a petrol station and on the main road of Great Ocean Road so very busy. Also, just a quick stroll across the road to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops

Accommodation was clean and nice but very basic. Good for one- or 2-night stay. A microwave might be a handy addition. The one thing that I did think was poor, was that the smoke alarm was only just being held on to the ceiling with sticky tape. Parking bays are limited but there is plenty of street parking which seemed perfectly safe. No blanket in room and beds were made up with sheets so had to use heater first night.

Absolutely unsatisfied with the stay, staff was not helpful at all. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. I somehow contacted the staff as they are not available 24h to check what is the problem. The reception lady came in to check, tried different modes only heat mode was working and nothing else. At the end she was trying to justify air conditioning was working. The worst part is, she said all our rooms only has heat modes working no cooling then said - I don’t know and left the room. Oh my god, this is the most dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life. The room was so suffocating, we had to keep our slider door open for some ventilation, our room was on ground floor right in front of the road, which made it unsafe to keep the door open for whole night. Booking.com wasn’t much helpful as well, I stayed on call, they were trying to speak to the hotel while putting me on hold, call got disconnected and i was never called back.

Nothing but exterior looks a little dated.

The location was close to the main town where the restaurants were, and it's across the road from the beach.

The bathrooms were dirty, we asked them to clean it, and they were still dirty after that. We had to shower in our thongs because the shower base had mold and black grout. The cleaner couldn't speak English, so it was hard to communicate. The room overall had marks all over the walls and the carpet had stains on it. It was not a great experience.

Easy short walk to restaurants and cafes. Good size room that was clean.

I book a family room for myself, my wife and 2 kids. When I arrived I discovered we had been assigned 2 separate double rooms on different floors. No bowls in room either

Best part is the one on upstairs which has a balcony with beautuful views of the beaches across road.

Location was great - 300m walking distance to shops/cafes and right across the road from the beach. Our balcony looked right out at the bay and we slept with our sliding door open so we could hear the waves breaking all night! Lovely!

No staff upon arrival or to greet or direct us. Saw one cleaning staff as we left who seemed nice but did not behave as host. Key left out on bench where anyone could have accessed it and entered our room before us - security poor - would not feel safe staying there as a lone woman. No conditioner provided in shower. Worst - when I put down the bath mat to use the shower, a tumbleweed of previous guests hair (a large ball!) blew along the floor. Pillows uncomfortable / property a little run down.

At first we were offered a very smelly smoking room with a large parcel in it. After objecting we were offered a smaller but cleaner room. There were visible spider webs in the hall and our room, but otherwise the room was clean. There was no lightweight blanket to use as the duvet was too hot for the weather, although this is a common fault.

A good sized clean room and a good location but the grounds need attention.

The grounds around the property need attention and the walls are very thin. You could hear folks talking, walking and dragging their luggage.

Perfect for one night, walls are quite thin but overall clean, simple, comfortable and very close to the sea. Exactly what I would expect from a 3 star hotel

Excellent location. Superb value for money. Large spacious and comfortable room. Excellent view.

No breakfast, just tea and coffee - thankfully there are plenty of food options in walking distance.

Walls and windows were quite dirty and dusty. Sliding door to balcony would get stuck and have to force it to close. Could hear every bit of noise outside of the room from the hall ways and other guests bedrooms.
