The location.

As we had booked for 3 nights, 3 months in advance, we were assigned a room overlooking the car park.Also, the Wifi was terrible - continuously dropping in and out.

The facilities were comfortable.

There was a flag pole outside of my bedroom window. The flag holder had some sort of wooden contraption that kept banging against the flag pole all night which led to little sleep

The staff were gorgous, so friendly, efficient, helpfull, and went above and beyond.The spa was excellent.The food was lovely.

The rooms were nice, but maybe a tad tired.The couches needed cussions.The skirting need a big clean. No biggie.The bedrooms need a mirror.We will be back for sure.The spa was amazing.

Lovely room, comfy bed and the view over the golf course was gorgeous.

We didn't eat at the bistro as the hours seemed too short and it didn't really suit us.

Mold in our shower - wouldn’t be a problem normally but paid $400 a night I expect the shower to not have mold.

We stayed there about 15 yeas ago and came back this week to check it out again. It is showing it's age. The balcony room shared the balcony with the other guests with only a small divide which made it awkward to sit out there at any time. The staff, facilities were all great but rooms need an upgrade. Thankyou

Location was good.

The apartment we stayed in was filthy, the carpet needed a good clean the couch should be thrown out and the bed was very uncomfortable

It is a great place to stay and central position

Mcracken is looking a little tired with the decor and furniture in the apartment needing an update

Location and huge golf course. Bed was clean. Bath was clean.

For over $300 / night I'd expect more. Super outdated. Marked walls, dead cockroach in foyer, pool strong smell of sewerage and no atmosphere just basic and floor was dirty. Bed was very hard, no milk in fridge, had to go to the bistro to fill a bottle which I understand is to support local however they won't bring it to your room. I requested pool towels to be brought to room and was told no, you have to collect at front desk! Resort?? Any other resort brings whatever you need. (That we've stayed at ) Breakfast was $30 for buffet. The hash browns were soggy and the eggs were over cooked. Definitely not great value for money. Customer service was friendly though. Won't recommend or stay at again.

Location and views. The staff were great.

Rang multiple times to order room service but keep having meals unavailable which was a shame. Ended up going out instead for dinner

I booked my stay last minute thus due to peak bookings for summer/school holidays I had limited choices but was very pleased I could stay in a large room, with spa, large bathroom and balcony over looking the golf course. It was only for 1 night but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with excellent facilities, friendly staff and bistro. Will recommend to family/friends for future bookings. Thank you.

I didn't enjoy the loud music at breakfast dining would have preferred peace and quiet but apart from that everything was perfect/

Beautiful view from the room, many facilities, room spacious and comfortable with a spa bath.

Breakfast a bit pricey if you miss to book it the day before.

A very good hotel in an exceptional setting with stunning views over the golf course towards the Adelaide Hills.

Rooms were a good size Restaurant was lovely Staff were very friendly

There was nothing we didn’t like would stay again

We needed an access room which we found to be excellent. We expect to come again.

We had some difficulty getting a park in a handicap area.
