We like the community feeling, the pool for the children and the playground.

Advertising TV bad didnt work.The place needed some maintenance done ( broken window so not secure)Showers were not clean in the mens

nothing, it was dirty, moldy and both apartments smelt like dog

everything, horrible owner who wouldnt refund me even though nothing was clean, “white stains” on bedding and the carpet had more stains on it than most decks. nasty horrible place would not reccomed to anyone. glad to avoid aids and std’s from touching anything

Location was perfect for what I needed. Excellent facilities. Staff were very friendly and observant.

The only issues were the lack of power outlets in the A frame cabin, you had to either use a cup or go outside to fill the kettle, and there was no information in the cabin as to where things are around the grounds.

We really appreciated the flexibility to check in late due to car trouble. Thank you for leaving the key for us and even turning on the heater in the family unit so it was warm upon arrival.

Staff 100/10. Best accommodation service I've had in NZ. Cabin was perfect for a family. Heaps of space and plenty of beds. Room was exceptionally clean! Pool was warm and had a few toys to play with. Located not far from town, so you get quiet and convince. 100% would recommend to anyone. We have already planned out next trip back!

Friendly welcome. Great spot for our family of 5 loved the wee tiny home perfect for our Xmas stay. Very very happy with the eco park!

How close 1 of the units was. Guy and his mate were having a couple drinks but unfortunately it is right by the kids bedroom and toilet. Sounded like they were inside with us.

Interesting buildings - nice A frames

Was not clean at all - the fridge was revolting - it had the last few people’s food stuck on the bottom and hair in it. Floor was barely vacuumed they had not moved anything. Went to the communal kitchen and opened the microwave and bugs flew out. Sheets were stained however I think they were washed. Also having the switch board 3cm above your head at night is a bit interesting.

I liked the peace an quiet as well as having quick access to Rangiora if needed. It was a good break away

Facilities are very very datedClearly in need of an update to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

It is well located, close to town. Facilities are good, clean and comfortable.

Had towels and studio was away from main road so no noise and having towels and other basics like tea, coffee, milk was great as we were travelling light.

The studio we were suppose to be in wasn't cleaned yet when we arrived (around 4pm) and reception didn't know. Had to go back to office to say and were given another unit. Property overall looks a bit run down. Unit numbers faded, some missing lettering. Weeds growing between pavers, gras is so long and dry, it's seeding, could do with better upkeep outside of units and new lettering.

Great price for three families in one cabin, had plenty of beds and rooms for the kids to have their own space. Very quiet place permanent residents very quiet and friendly

The cabin was cluttered and the beds were not made as soon as we walked in felt like a maze re arranged most of the furniture to be able to relax in a lounge. Beds not made proper and some not at all. Had to ask for more blankets.The next day I had asked the cleaner if I could use the vacuum and get more towels was told to ask the owner and then later got towels dropped off with a rude look and comment that made me feel guilty for even asking.

The cabin was equipped with what was needed. It had ample space.Flexible with availability. We checked in a day late, due to severe weather where we were coming from, and stayed a day later, as we had already paid for 4 nights.

Running out of hot water for, $160p/n this shouldn't happen. As a family of 4, having roughly 5-10min showers each.The staff was rude upon checking in. Referred to my father whom was staying in another cabin as "my fat mate"!The parks facilities were run down, and out of order, the pool was slush, the playground was not well maintained and my kids did not want play on it. The kitchen had no equipment to use to cook in or with, the microwave was rusted out and disgusting. The whole park was very run down and absolutely not worth the amount we paid!Felt very ripped off!!

Beds were very comfortable and warm.It was quiet and peaceful.

Couldn't fill the jug for a cuppa as it doesn't fit under basin tap.

Staff were great , my children absolutely love staying in the A frame units . And the playground was great the kids loved it

The room was very hot , would have loved a fan and we were gutted that the pool was not clean as it was such a hot day
