Westport Spa Motel

The lovely lady at check in gave me home made shortbread to enjoy during my stay!?

Very welcoming experience received, lady hostess extremely helpful iin her knowledge of the town and the region.

Bed was a little on the springy side

It was clean, the hostess told us about some attractions and was friendly

Wish I could afford 6 star

roomy. kitchenette. tv. wifi.

second floor walk up. cleaners trying to come in at 9am. ran out of hot water on second shower. not sure if the spa would have been able to fill up with all hot water

Everything we needed. Quiet, close to shopping area, off street parking.

Great accessible unit with plenty of room. Bed was ok. Fresh milk & homemade shortbread supplied

No shower seat or stool in accessible bathroom

Westport Spa Motel was as adsvertised. It provided a comfortable room, the facilities were adequate and it was well located.

The extra single bed in the room meant that there was very little free space.

Clean, tidy, spacious and great spot. Friendly staff and the owner gave us short bread and milk.

Our room didn’t have a smoke alarm. So we told staff and the quickly resolved issue. There is a wall heater so quite dangerous without it.

Good location, friendly staff.

Dated room facilities & in need of upgrading.

Lovely clean and tidy, modern unit.

The staff were so lovely friendly, flexible and very welcoming

The rooms are tired and due for an update, especially the mattress and bedding

Check in was friendly and very informative about the area. Location was good for walking to restaurants and stores. Patio was lovely.

Room was in need of updating, especially the mattress.

Comfy bed, quiet night's sleep. Larger bathroom.

Close parking limited and on first come basis.

The famous shortbread warm from the oven was a welcome treat on arrival. Dave soon had us set up with bikes which we hired for the day. Very reasonably priced despite one being an ebike.

easy access, great amenities, all provided. Highly recommended.

just got bed bugs bite on my feet which is annoying. But overall, it looks clean except about that bugs.

We upgraded to a jacuzzi bath - lovely- corner room - spacious

Jacuzzi bath was lovely- but could not use it in a morning ?

We were upgraded to the 3 bedroom and it was a 2 story with lots of room for a big family and comfortable. Wasn’t much extra either. Check in and staff were helpful and friendly. Place was clean and easy to get to. Highly recommended.

Reasonable size for a group

Bed was uncomfortable in lounge, no extra milk for staying extra night, very expensive laundry

We didn't get one, we felt that we needed to bring our own due to food allergies. The lady who came in to clean the room was very willing to help out.

Our room was a bit dark.We would have liked to have all the beds made up each day. We had to leave early one day and they weren't made up.
