Good location, near restaurants and very lovely room and bed

close to my function at the Stables

some noise from the hallway next door but only during the day

Very centrally located in Richmond, with free parking. Room nodern, spacious, very clean & comfortable.

Lovely clean and tidy room, very comfy beds. Great location and plenty of parking.

The room itself was okay

The inconsiderate, disrespectful other guest/s. One in particular who thought it would be a good idea to pull his bike apart & use loud equipment to pump the tyres up etc right below our room. We couldn't leave the windows open for that reason. Another guest thought it would be okay to puff on a vape right outside in the back door carpark, which management says is a no go

It's was quiet but lovely

The free view on TV keep going off when to many people were in it.

Staff was amazing and very helpful, when requested they let me check in early. The room was so nice and comfy I had such a good sleep . Amazinggg price for what you get

Property was very clean, modern and totally fitted out. The host was very cheerful, chatty and helpful.

Excellent location for us, easy walk to shops, restaurants etc, great parking, spacious units with all that we needed.This is our 3rd stay and will use again.

The location was perfect for our stay, nice and central with everything you need a short drive or walk away.

The communal area was right outside our room and was a bit rowdy with people dining and drinking in the courtyard.

In the centre of town, 5 min stroll to mall, quiet. 2 restrants on site

It was not what the pictures looked like. It was very old and our room smelled musty. Also very small. The property was impossible to find. It sets off the road and the parking lot is on a different street nest to a butcher shop and second-hand store. The place was not clean and I definitely would not stay there again.

Another fantastic stay. I think this was the 5th time we've stayed, and we'll definitely be back again next year. We got the breakfast for the first time this year, and it was great! Perfect for feeding us.

The location was perfect for our stay to explore the Richmond area.The room and bathroom were clean, the beds comfy, and the kitchen well equipped.Parking behind the studies was great and made it easy to come and go during the day.Lots of bakeries, cafes and restaurants in the street made life very easy for all meals.The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

For smokers, it would be good to have an ashtray or rubbish bin in the carpark - which is the only area available to smoke. But nowhere to dispose of waste.

Location was great with free parking. Tucked away and nice and quiet and especially liked the little courtyard right in the middle with the beautiful tree and birdlife.

Only thing was the security light outside our room going on and off. Even though blackout curtains it was quite bright.
