There was nothing we didn’t like everything was just fine

Clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff. Room was adequate and comfortable. Nice big mirror in bathroom and plenty of light.

Surprised by the really small TV. Wanted to watch the AO but struggled with such a small TV. We both wear classes and are used to a larger TV. I also would have liked some hotplates to make my breakfast on.

The motel was close to town and where our family lives.

While the property is not new it was well equipped and clean and tidy. We had plenty of space to relax in. The hosts were exceptionally friendly

A perfect location for our requirements (a day trip to Abel Tasman then heading across to the West Coast) within walking distance of the Richmond town centre with restaurants and shops (including supermarket). Friendly and helpful staff/owners with great communication, who went out of their way to be welcoming and informative. Only 15 mins to Nelson as well.

The bathroom fan going all night as had to leave the bathroom light on for my elderly husband overnight for him to go to bathroom

It is in very convenient location. Close to Richmond's shopping centre and easy to get on the motorway for travelling.

The facility was average and needs to be upgraded.

Great location for all local restaurants and supermarket. Also a great location to explore up into the Abel Tasman National Park area as the road starts from Richmond. The room suite that we had was on the ground floor. A good sized double, a good sized bathroom shower room and the shower was good. Good hot water supply. Cooking facilities were good with a double electric hop and adequate utensils. Over all a good base and comfortable.The staff upon arrival and departure were brilliant and very pleased we stayed there. I would recommend.

Room was so lovely and clean . Do not have any complaints to make. Owners super friendly and the location perfect. Will definitely stay again in fact this will be the only motel from now on that we stay at when in nelson

A full length mirror inside cupboard door would be my only suggestion

Very friendly staff..happy to have a chat...helpful..they let us lock our bikes in their shed.The place was spotless..the kitchen had all you need. It has a beautiful bathroom..nice bed..an easy place to recommend..we'll be back.

There wasn't anything to dislike..& I'm fussy.

Very confident to everything we needed to do. Within walking distance to Restaurants and Cafes. Our room was the size of a one bedroom flat.

Very spacious little unit. Everything you would want for your stay. Comfortable lounge chairs. Comfortable bed. Awesome pressure in the shower. Ample parking.

Lovely owners, great size of studio and great tea, coffee options

The location for the property is ideal - My work when I stay there is just down the road and so many food options nearby.The place is super clean and tidy - and the staff have always been super friendly. I have stayed there multiple times now and will continue to do so.
