The view was great. Rooms was lovely and clean. We did not use any other facilities.

Easy check in, fantastic views, spacious comfortable room, two decks off the living area. Easy central location.

Since this was the penthouse suite a nespresso machine or at least a coffee plunger would have been a good touch instead of only instant coffee being available.

It was clean and the room was functional

The room was tired and had the atmosphere of a bus station. Whilst the restaurant food was good, the restaurant lacked atmosphere and comfort - felt like expensive food served a a transport cafe.

Spacious room, very central

Breakfast is extremely basic. Asked for a simple omelette and it was not available. Staff could be more welcoming with tourists.

The hotel may be older, but it is well maintained, comfortable, and has a lovely charm. We really enjoyed our stay in Picton.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Slept very good.

Toilet paper was a bit budget.

Not enough parking. Elevator far from our room. Bar fridge not cold enough. No freezer compartment for ice. No "Do Not Disturb sign". Mattress was soft.

No air conditioning. Room was uncomfortable due to heat coming in through glass doors. Fan provided was not very effective.

The pool was warm. The reception was easy to talk to. The room was adequate for my stay.

Nothing really. It was a bit of a walk from the ferry but that was my choice, not the hotel's fault.

The units are nice and roomy, location perfect. Nice to have a balcony to sit out on, (just a pity we didn't have a view of the harbour), Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beds a bit worn.

The room would be the best ever. The view was amazing the afternoon sunshine streaming into the room, the view looked up into the hill, plus it covered the seaside and inner harbour. What more could I ask for. Plus the laughter of people enjoying themselves in the pool was great.Highly recommend room 321.

Bathroom was disgraceful. Filthy scum on floor with long black hairs. A used face cloth was left in the shower. Scum on bottom of shower tray and around shower dial, vanity taps and plug hole. Got NO apology when we complained to reception manager - he said he couldn’t move us to another room as hotel was full but suggested we move up another hotel (but it was late). The water temperature at shower kept fluctuating with hot water scolding my partner so they agreed to refund $75 from the $175 night fee we paid.
