Location, cleanliness

Nice clean accommodations in a convenient location. Great balcony with view of sunset. Arrived late, so staff had left instructions for check in - no problems at all.

Comfy, quiet,clean, staff offered a hotplate if needed, room large, walk to town center, close to ferry.

Basic. Not worth the price.

Loved the spaciousness and outdoor verandah where we had a drink before our evening meal.Bathroom and shower worked very well and bed very spacious and comfortable

For the price and convenience and the numbers you must put through we thought it was more than adequate and we would come again

The location was great. Decent value if the room did not reek like smoke.

The room had a very strong cigarette smell that was nauseating. I was unable to call for a different room and there was no response from email. A terrible stay. If it wasn’t late when I checked in I would have considered going to another hotel.

Terrific staff - always friendly and helpful. Even got a hold of me at the Ferry Terminal to let us know we had left something behind. Wonderful people. We enjoyed our 2 bedroom apartment and found it to be quite comfortable and clean. We slept great and enjoyed the views of Picton’s hills. Nice place

Clean rooms, friendly staff, central location.

Even though no pets were allowed, we parked next to a grassy patch that was loaded with dog doo…and didn’t realize until it was too late due to rain. It also was so tight in the parking lot that two trucks blocked us in and we had a hard time getting out of our spot to make it to our early ferry.

Easy to book. Price right for our budget

Not so much didn't like but did notice carpet in unit was nearing end of life. The overall condition was very clean and tidy.

Great location. Close to the centre of town. Very handy to have two rooms for family of four. Kitchenette and facilities were good.

The cockroaches they were in the towels in bathroom and then again in the morning when I got a plate out of the kitchen area cupboard a big one ran just poor hygiene
