High Street Living Motel

I liked the location because ieverything was in walking distance, and the grandchildren could see and visit alot of places.

The car park was confined when there are alot of cars

The room was very welcoming and Courtney was extremely friendly and accommodating

I did not stay long enough

Nice room, super comfy beds and amazing value for money. Staff were great. We stayed just 1 night but I'd happily stay longer.

Convenient location. Nice soap and shampoo. Convenient to have a fridge, microwave and a few dishes. Looks like bed is heated; it was warm outside when I visited so I did not use it. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Generally my experience was okay. A top blanket was not clean upon my arrival which sort of put me off. Not the end of the world. The cleaning staff walked into my room without knocking earlier than check out time. They did apologize. Others parked in my parking stall, which was fine as I did not have a car, but the parking is two feet from the open window, so slamming of car doors while I was sleeping was a nuisance. Not the managers’ fault someone used my parking space. On the other hand, if they instituted a system to register your vehicle with your stay, it would have been avoided.

I sent a message asking about baggage storage before check-in, but never received a response.

Very clean motel and close to everything we required.

Requires updating. Old doors and cabinets. Main door rattles every time the wind blew. In a noisy part of town.

Location was brilliant. Motel warm and comfortable.

Not sure about the self check in A key pad with code. Not a sign of hosts. I like to chat and find out about things. But I suppose that's the way things are going.

The hostess was very kind and helpful. We just showed up without reservations and she helped us out. It was right on the Main Street near restaurants and bars for easy access. She even let us use a coupon she had for one of the nearby restaurants. The room was clean and warm (winter).

The blackout curtains weren’t blacking out most of the light. Just need to be a bit thicker. Could also hear most vehicles driving by.

location. They were prompt. They stored my luggage while I hiked the Queen Charlotte track. close to bus station and ferries.

Although in the center of Picton, it was quite. We could walk in all directions to admire the beauty of the place. Many good restaurants a few minutes from the Motel. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Although there has been a lot of efforts put in keeping the place comfortable, it could do with a bit of doing up.

Great value for money. Central location with on-site parking. Great,friendly welcome at reception, the unit had everything we needed,heaters and electric blankets to keep warm and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower too!

Had everything there. Staff helpful and friendly. Even got teletext on tv which is a must for me being deaf

It was central to everything in town and close to the Ferry terminal for an early morning. Microwave, jug, toaster, crockery, cutlery and a small fridge. Comfy bed.

Bit small, but we were aware of that and managed to fit all our gear in.

Great location, very clean and service was excellent.

Twin room was only just big enough for 2 people.

Great host told me where eateries were. She was friendly and very welcoming. Room smelt clean too.

Just my shower. It was hard to regulate between warm and hot it would jump in and out warm/hot

Central in the town, very easy walk from ferry terminal.The motel was near shops and restaurants all only minutes away.Shower was fantasticBed was very comfortable.

Very small room we struggled with 2 suit cases to get around room.No sink to wash cups etc owner came each day to collect and wash.

The room was compact but very clean and comfortable.

Location was great. So close to all amenities. Thank you to the owners that left some special Easter goodies for us. Comfortable beds. Quiet back family unit. Great shower pressure.

Nothing really. Only thing that may have been helpful were bowls but we managed.
