The stairs, no air conditioner

Underroof parking, pool (though couldn't use due to lack of time). Dining and Living space inside the room.

Water was pooling in the shower booth, so was a bit unpleasant to have shower. This drain hole should be regularly cleaned.

Spacious rooms. Freshly renovated painted new furnishings. Our room was quiet and over looks a lawn and garden Staff very pleasant and greeted with a warm smile

Not a big thing. But they didn't replace the old original light fittings. These looks out of place and felt it cheapened the room up grade.

The rooms were very clean and spacious for our stay. The shower pressure was great and we had all the amenities we needed for kitchen use. Unit 11 is great if you are staying with children, the pool and play ground is within view. The managers were friendly and helpful :) We will be back to stay again. Thanks very much

Near an industrial area...noisy at times.

Easy parking and service. Good value for money

Bathroom shower curtain was a bit difficult to keep in place.

Spacious unit.

Bathroom a bit tired, no where apart from window ledge to put soap/shower gel etc.

The unit was very large with a full sized refrigerator. Plenty of seating both at the dining table and in front of the TV. Parking not an issue.

The front desk couldn’t process credit card payments. The internet is very slow. The pool was closed on a sunny local holiday.

Good location quiet and close to town. Easy to find.

Remote control didn’t work for tv hard to change Chanel’s and volume button on remote didn’t work.

Very tidy and great value for money. Staff were very helpful.

Whilst the unit was basic it was very good value for money.

Comfortable place with a pool and enough cooking equipment to make a meal.

It was too far to walk to the shops and commercial center.

Friendly welcome and all round helpfulness of the managing team. We stayed in a 2 bed unit which was light and spacious for two of us and we appreciated the covered over parking space. The unit wasn’t modern or flash but it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a problem with water supply while we were there but the managing team dealt with it efficiently and kept us up to date regularly with progress, we were impressed by that.

We loved the bedrooms and kitchen.

Steps are very bad now. We scared to walk upstairs with luggage and kids are walking very slowly in the rainy time.

The staff were awesome and the facilities were clean, current and warm. Great layout, the pool was great too!

Location is fine if you have a car, 5 min drive to restaurants and supermarket. 20 mins to Kaiteriteri.Room was quiet. My large one bedroom room didn't have any floors above it. didn't hear any road noise or noise from adjacent rooms. The room was spaciouseasy check-in and checkout.

Room is feeling dated but functional.
