Pros +

a large room in a clean modern building, with a good breakfast near a popular lively Spanish restaurant
big rooms
Well placed, good parking, friendly and helpful staff. Had a problem with the air-con. Because it was a weekend they could not resolve it so changed our room and gave us an upgrade - all whilst we were traveling. Excellent customer service from every member of the team with which we had contact.

Cons -

(a) There were no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room(b) The bathroom (room 206) was a disaster because it was completely “open plan” - no panels, doors or curtains around the shower to contain the spray and worst of all the slope of the floor. did not lead the water to the drain but instead sloped away from the shower towards the centre of the bathroom so the whole floor became flooded.
no breakfast or restaurant or coffee machine available in the hotel.. you need to go out of the hotel if you need anything.no facility is provided by the hotel except the room
Nothing really
