Wonderful front desk staff! Good dinner on-site. First come, first serve private parking.

A little further walk to downtown than we had hoped, but still very doable.

Very pleasant, helpful staff, stayed open late for our late arrival. Good communication. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Bed rather small and very hard, like sleeping in a board. Very uncomfortable rubbery pillows that your head bounces off when you turn over. Take your own!

Good place with nice shower, washroom, and bed arrangements. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

We had a dialogue about late check in and driving from the ferry but I wasn't told that I would need to book a parking space for the car. There was no parking space.

Catered for our late arrival and had tea/coffee facilities in room and on-site parking.

Room was very cramped with 3 people and very hot. Couldn't have window open due to traffic noise from road. Single bed sheets weren't clean.

This hotel is superb you cannot fault it the room was spotless the bed very comfortable and the staff over the top helpful. I liked it that much I booked to stay an extra night and will have no trouble going back again.

€10 for the car park. Paint peeling from wall in room. Separate toilet and shower. The toilet was basically in a cupboard sized room! So tiny couldn’t move in there at all. Shower didn’t drain well so needed 10 mins between each shower.

The room was clean but small, towels were changed every day, hearty, healthy breakfast

The shower cubicles are very small, and it's noisy outside the window, cars and motorcycles are driving all night.

The room was horrendously hot. 1 small fan did not make it habitable

The receptionists were friendly and the location was convenient with a nice roof top view. Parking was easy.

The shower cubicle was a bit small.

Good stop over for the ferry, safe parking for the motorbike, walking distance fro the city.

The location seemed ok. I didn't walk around the area as arrived late in the evening due to the ferry being an hour late.

The hotel was ok. I wouldn't say it was exceptional. The bed had a very big dip in the middle which made it uncomfortable and the bathroom was very small. A larger person may have difficulty with closing the door once in the bathroom. Tea making facilities consisted of 2 cups, 1 tea bag, no milk and a small pack of 2 cubes of sugar. Not the greatest of hotels and also charged an extra €10 to park in their car park. We parked on the road outside the hotel for free and totally legal to do so.

The staff was VERY helpful. The hotel is located not far from good restaurants.A good walk from the train station.

The shower was tight.

Very thin walls, adjoining rooms connected through a not soundproofed door (I had to listen to my neighbors for over 2 hours at night...); breakfast without any fresh items (no fruits or vegetables); staff could only speak French and kept talking to me in French though I told them that I didn't understand

Clean room, good service and nice breakfast. Parking near the hotel is free. Also the walk to the city center was not too long. Caen is a nice place with interesting history and many historic sights near.
