Best Western Plus Le Moderne

The location of this hotel, at the edge of a vast shopping and dining zone, made it easy to find interesting places to visit and eat during our four-day stay. The staff was always very helpful (and fluent in English!) when asked for suggestions.

Hard to find at first. The “valet” is actually a self-park situation in an attached parking garage and it is very tight unless you have a super small car.

Hard to find. It took 30 minutes to get to property. I don’t recall seeing pictures of front of property on booking.com, nor that it was in a mall

Great location. Clean, comfortable, spacious room with fantastic shower and bathroom. Aurélie at Reception was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, and we received lovely service from everybody at the hotel. Thank you!

Located in the center of town.

A generally tired hotel in need of refurbishment. Supposedly 4 star, but really doesn't live up to that.No coffee machine (just instant sachets), barely-working wifi, a decades old tiny tv, and a generally dusty feeling throughout.

Very central to shops, restaurants and sights, helpful staff, secure underground car park. Reception was staffed 24 hours a day. Easy to pick up food for breakfasts rather than pay the 18 euros for the hotel's breakfast.

The duvetcover on the bed looked clean but the actual duvet could probably have done with a wash as it smelt stale.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Comfortable and spacious room, beds were very comfortable and good air-conditioning. Excellent location. Staff contacted us prior to arrival to notify us of nearby free/cheap parking which was extremely helpful.

Quite expensive!

Nice, central location (although Satnav took us to the nearby sister hotel, the Royal..) Friendly welcome. Comfortable bed. Two opening windows, so no need to use air-con.

Parking: hotel car park was full, so we parked at nearby underground la République. Expensive! Our "executive room " was possibly the smallest 4* executive room we have stayed in. Tiny shower room, but separate loo helpful. Bedside lamps flickered on and off, annoying. Dodgy coffee maker!

Could use better windows for sound and the air conditioning was also loud (this of course is subjective) Breakfast was good, lots of options

Great friendly staff, comfortable stay, fab location next to all the shops and bars. Room was air conditioned and bed etc was spacious and comfy. If you need parking then the car park is 2 mins away and it's about 22 euros for 24 hrs and secure.

Good location. Good breakfast. Free water fountain at the lobby to fill the carafe to your room. Aurelie was very kind and helpful at the check in.
