Hôtel Goodwood Caen Mémorial

Great price. Nice room and friendly helpful hotel staff

A bit tricky to get to the first time. They need a sign for which road to take to get to parking lot. Google maps is not accurate.

AC, felt clean and fresh

Everything was great, would definitely stay there again.

Great heat, breakfast buffet includes scrambled eggs! Nice desk, comfortable chairs.

Great reception ...young man ! Clean , warm, comfortable room ! All staff friendly !

All good !

Clean, efficient check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.

Area was quite industrial

Good variety for breakfast. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Good location, with restaurants next door and a supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and practical hotel. Parking in front of the door. 24h reception. Friendly staff

Breakfast was fine but nothing special

This was our third stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located for arriving off the afternoon ferry from Portsmouth and onward travel in France. The rooms are clean, comfortable and internally quiet, though there was some traffic noise in the morning from the road that our room faced. Breakfast was good as always, and it makes for a pleasant hassle-free way to start a holiday.

A room facing over the car park side of the building would probably have been quieter in the morning. Though the windows are well-insulated for sound, we prefer to sleep with fresh air.

Clean , and friendly staff

A bit far from ferry port Caen

Ideal hotel for overnight after ferry from UK. Easy to find, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Clean, breakfast good selection. Convenient to drive to sights.

Toilet not flushing properly.

Good size rooms and beds.

Trying to find the entrance to the car park could be better sign posted

Clean simple comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, private gated car park. Good location. Restaurant across car park.

Breakfast was a bit limited especially for gluten free. Boiled egg and ham was all available for us. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been missed but there was a coffeeMachine downstairs

Stayed before as location good and beds comfy. Didn’t have breakfast this time but usually good. Good restaurant next door.

Pillows were a bit squashy.

Very friendly staff. Convenient for staying after the afternoon/evening Portsmouth ferry journey. Late check in was not a problem (11pm) and secure lock up for bikes. Plenty of parking, near Super U, restaurants etc. No frills, clean and what was required for a stop off with 2 kids.

The ambiance at this hotel is excellent. I have stayed here many times in the past, and I keep coming back because the place is always very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful.During my most recent stay, the reception staff were especially welcoming, even though we arrived quite late around 11 PM. Their professionalism and warm attitude made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Everything was good. I can't think the hotel could do anything better then they have done for us. So my family were very happy.

This property is a decent one night stay in a chain budget hotel - it’s exactly as you’d expect! Nothing exceptional but fine for what we need, a a place to sleep with a late reception not too far from the ferry port.

There was a mix up as they had sent booking.com a message to say they could not set up a bed for an expra person but u had not received it through booking (booking.com had sent a previous email to say this was ok to do). Caused unbecessary stress. Also i belive booking.com saud breakfast was included but this was bot the case

Not a cafe included

Very welcoming and helpful gentleman on reception on arrival. Very comfortable and quiet room. Good breakfast. Great restaurant next door. Free parking.
