Excellent location right in the historic center, close to everything. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great breakfast and super friendly staff. Check-in was smooth and the room was quiet and well designed. Great value for money.

Nothing – everything was perfect.

Really central location, with straightforward underground parking adjacent to the hotel. Rooms as expected from Ibis Styles-small but comfortable. Breakfast good. . And we have to make special mention of Sophie on afternoon/ evening reception. She could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Hopefully management realise how good their staff are.

Insecure WiFi might have been a cause of an attempted scam- no password needed.

It was very noisy some evenings during to students celebrating- one night it 4 in the morning

Fantastic location on the square with the famous church literally feet away. Large and comfortable room on the ground floor, good breakfast and helpful/friendly proprietor. Secure parking at the back and quiet at night

Were travelling by motorcycle across normandy. Hotel was perfect for visiting caen .Girl in reception was very helpfull as we arrived late she even booked us a table in a local restaurant .

we pretty much just slept there. We visited the WW11 sites the 3 days there. The restaurants are plentiful and within walking distance. The beds and baths met our needs. Rms were a bit small but adequate.

Great location, ideal for Uber taxis to and from train station at Cunn. Loads of restaurants and bars in the immediate area within walking distance.Staff were very friendly, excellent breakfast rooms are clean and work if you’re there for a few days

The only thing I could think of, was the carpet in the rooms could do with a deep clean however I believe in our group it wasn’t all the rooms

Room & location

The breakfast wasn't great.the breakfast area is badly designed, with people knocking into you as you are eating. Also, they served some sort of bread, that was by far the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth. Also, it should be noted the parking is underground, so there is a max height your car can be. The reason I booked this hotel was the location and parking. The location is excellent, but as we had a roof box, we couldn't use the carpark.

The carpet in the room was very badly stained. Mattress topper moved about. Bedside plastic table had a rounded top!
