Location, room

As i booked a room for three people, i was nit aware that 3 blankets should be ordered in advance

Hotel employee was very helpful and spoke good English.

Location is great, room so so - bed large but not of very good quality. Service is good.A bit pricey becasue you can get the same class of lodging in the area for 25% less. However, Best Western is a good brand.

A little noisy on the square. Bed not really great. Room a bit cramped, and bathroom just ho hum.Would have been better with a smaller bed, we had a king, and more room in the remaining space, like for a nice table to eat on, work on. There was a table, but just under the TV and cramped.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a very nice size and comfortable. The morning breakfast is great with lots of options. The location in town was within walking distance to historic sites, shops, and restaurants. Public parking is conveniently located across the street from the hotel.

The upgraded rooms in the front of the hotel are very nice and overlook a park. Unfortunately there is a lot of activity in the park at night so keeping the windows open isnt feasible (and the rooms get hot in the afternoon and evening with the sun.)

Small Bathrooms, Uncomfotable beds, tiny pillows, A/C wont go lower than 22c.

Located and staff. Our room was very spacious and overlooked a park and front street.

The staff was lovely. The room was lovely.The bed was very comfortable. It was a little warm but they were kind enough to provide us with a fan. We had a nice conversation with the bartender who gave us great recommendations for wine and restaurants. We would stay her again, for sure.

Would have like a comfy chair in the room. The bed moves off the wall.

The hotel is in a central position, perfect to visit the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone at the front desk was friendly and happy to help! The room was very comfortable with amazing water pressure! We we had a lovely balcony overlooking the square. The main bed was bigger than expected and the pull out was perfect for our daughter to comfortable sleep!

The bar/ square outside was a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected in a city.

I like the location, there was a good restaurant close to them. i like the rooms decoration

Great location, clean room, hot power shower, comfortable bed. Probably the best hotel we stayed in during our time exploring Normandy. The restaurant downstairs does a great three course menu for 25 euros and serves food until about 9.30pm. Don’t miss the Farmers Market round the corner for breakfast bits if you’re in Caen on a Sunday.

Parking is at a public car park opposite. It’s 22 euros overnight BUT to get the modest 3 euro hotel discount you have to go to hotel reception BEFORE you drive in to the carpark.

The property was in a Great location with shops and restaurants all around it. The hotel staff was very attentive to all or inquiries and needs, The room size was spacious and bright. If you are driving they have a convenient parking garage across the street for a fee.

We had breakfast both days and the eggs were terrible.

This place is awesome! Great location, great room, parking lot across the street, great Royal restaurant next store to it. Breakfast is ok for 15€ the best part of the hotel is Daphne at the front reception. She is so wonderful. At night everyone is having drinks in the bar and lobby and it’s a great energy. Thank you Daphne!
