Great location. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and huge. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Close to tram stop and many find restaurants nearby.

Shower is ridiculously small. I’m 5’6” and it was tight for me. My husband is 6’5” so water went everywhere as the door kept opening.

Parking is extra and you have to book in advance of your stay. We didn’t know this until we got there. There is only 4 spaces so you need to book your parking at same time as booking your room
Comfy bed, had everything you needed, convient location
Very small, not much space to move, and it was very hot, no aircon but the fan was ok
Staff was very helpful! Room was clean! We got water and coffee eventhough we did not take breakfast. Parking was in front of the hotel, but they also offered their parking which we did not take because entering and exiting times are limited.

Great location in centre of Caen for visiting the sights.
We could not use their parking as we had to leave before 8am to get to the car ferry. We were lucky because it was late Saturday afternoon/Sunday morning stay so on street car parking was free.

Location a bit off a walk to old town and main restaurants, very small rooms,bathroom and dining area. No lift. Parking a bonus
The staff were friendly and helpful - even pointing out that the parking on the street would be more cost effective, as we were only staying over night. The rooms were clean, and the shower was powerful and hot.
The room was very small, and quite dated in furnishing and fittings.
