Overall the comfort of a resort was there, it was easy to find a table for dinner or a chair by the pool. I went to a couple of the shows and it was a nice addition (e.g., the couple who did a magic/ acrobatics show was quite cute).

The quality of the food is lower than I would expect for the type of resort. Breakfast was very good and I couldn't ask for much more. Dinner I felt was quite repetitive, the salad bar could have more options, the past section didn't have parmesan or other cheese available any night I was there, and overall after a couple nights I felt quite sick of the food. For being in Spain, even given the buffet format, I would expect better honestly.

Very comfortable beds. Food is delicious. The staff at reception are brilliant. We stayed as our flight home was cancelled because of the power outage in Spain. We showed up at the hotel and the reception staff told us how to book as they had no WiFi or phone reception. They were brilliant we had to extend our stay and opted for all inclusive. Excellent stay.

The buffer was lovely, the Mexican restaurant was even better. The staff were friendly.

I would have liked a fresh towel for the pool each day, our shower broke several times and flooded the floor. The kids party went on too late into the evening (9.30). The nice wine wasn’t available in the bar area. Also no bar snacks.

Unbeatable location right in front of a beautiful and calm public beach. Friendly staff (special thanks to Mari at the reception & buffet restaurant waiters), and good food at the buffet restaurant. Super comfortable beds as well & amazing paddle courts with beach views. Entertainment was good too, especially Chelsea Vox's show (what a pro!).

It's suffering from wear and tear and poor building standards in parts. Our standard room looked worn down already, for example, even though it seemed to have been renovated quite recently. Shower & toilet also super small and not exactly luxurious. Doors also poorly insulated so you hear everything that's happening in the hallways.

Staff were very unhelpful regarding allergies, miss informed about board basis (what you could and couldn’t have on all inclusive changed daily), when we told staff we were disappointed, they honestly didn’t care. Not enough sunbeds for everyone so you have to be up at 7 or you have no chance. Food at the buffet is hit and miss. Water isn’t replenished in your room. It’s just not a 4* hotel.

Wish they had more food and desserts varieties. All the pool chairs were reserved by towels and no one there early morning;and by 9 am you couldn’t find any free chairs

I didnt think a lot of the food , I found that when some of the options had gone they did not replemish. I also found a lof of the food not very warm. I went for breakfast at the hotel near the harbour and found it excellant.Was told that a lot of food options were not open to me because I was not all exclusive The staff in the restaurant were very helpful

I was for a short stay, loved every second, hotel super clean, amazing dinner and breakfast, nice gym I loved it that its close to sea?

Very large hotel with good facilities.Evening entertainment was of a very good standard and staff very pleasant and helpful. Food was in plentiful in supply but could be warmer, breakfasts were Ok but limited selection of meats and cheeses at this time of the day. Having to pay for additional tea and coffee in the room and extra for a room safe was disappointing for a hotel at this quality and cost.

Not so much entertainment activities. There are several restaurants, but at the end just 1-2 are really accessible with full “all inclusive”…more other you need to upgrade to premium or pay extra

The food was very Bland and they should have had more theme nights. Entertainment during the day was very boring they should at least have music around one of the pools maybe the heated pools

The pool area and the restaurant was nice

The rooms were surely nice a few years ago, but now it’s rather OK, than good. The staff was not really helpful or flexible when we needed help. The beach in front of the hotel was public, the sun beds were not included in the hotel price, which is a joke considering that it’s a five star hotel.The playground only opened at 10:30 and closed at 17:00, why? The programs for the kids weren’t really good.

We asked for a room that could get late afternoon sun and they delivered, the room was cleaned every day, excellent team run it with 100% attention to detail. Can’t fault anything

Paying for everything is card when I like to pay in cash as well

A bit more information from staff about food and drinks. At dinner they wrote on paper what you were having to drink. This made us think we were perhaps being charged for certain drinks. Turn out we were not, thankfully.
