Bungalows are lovely and staff helpful

More evening entertainment would of been nice

Clean. Quiet. Peaceful. Lovely staff. Lovely pool.

Lack of entertainment. There is nothing much in walking distance in way of entertainment, bars, and restaurants. The property would benefit from offering more in terms of things to do on an evening.

The staff, rooms and general facilities were good. Staff were pleasant. The hotel grounds are maintained nicely. Enjoyed the entertainment.

The food was often cold. The breakfast food also felt very cheap. Waiting service was limited. The hotel need to work at this. The beach shuttle bus was shared with other hotels and very crowded and not well ordered.

Quiet location, staff were quick to respond to any questions queries.The bungalow was clean and tidy

The pool area is lovely and could belong to 4 star hotel.

The food is 3 star at best. This hotel needs to up its game as it is in a stand alone location. Improving the food and upgrading the bungalows could push it into another star bracket. The nearest restaurant is a bus ride or 30 min walk.

It was very easy to find the hotel and check-in. No problem with parking outside of hotel - plenty of spaces an free. The location within Maspalomas is great. The flat in our bungalow was clean and tidy. Everything worked as expected, good wifi signal and fast connection. We only tried the smallest pool as it was the only heated one. The water temp in the main pools was way too low, which is expected in December. You need to get pool towels from the reception for EUR 10 (deposit).

Not that I didn't really like, but was promised bathtub and got shower.

Room, location, family friendly, instagrammable pool. They have a grocery store in the main building.

The wifi was horrible most of the time it did not work. The pan was scratched and unusable. They listed free airport shuttle but they do not provide that. Ice cold pool water almost no one used it but it looks good in pictures.

I loved the lay out of it & how quiet it was.

Very small bunglow for 2 adults & 1 child. Only air-conditioning in the main bedroom.

Second time staying in Caybeach, 4 families all enjoyed our stay, complex is spotless, rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Great selection of food throughout the day. Pool has a chilled atmosphere plenty of sunbeds etc.Aqualand 10 mins in a taxi, holiday world 10 minute walk, main bars and restaurants 5 mins in a taxi Highly recommend Caybeach Princess

You have to have a deposit for everything like remote control for tv and ac, extra keycard, safety box and telephone which I find weird. I never experienced that in any other hotels, resorts or airbnb.

We really enjoyed this holidays, the hotel was great, the staff was very nice and polite, the pool was big and such a relaxed enviroment.The food was great asweel very good selections for breakfast and dinner asweel.I enjoyed that they always had a person available to grill fish or meat on dinner. And eggs in the morning.

However i think they should add more parasols because in the morning people start grabbing them and then you cant even find one that is available.The bungalows should have air con in the living Room asweel it gets very hot to sleep. And there is no blackout curtains in the bedroom. I did struggle a bit for the first few days to sleep well because of the light coming in at night.

As regular visitors to the Maspalomas area for over 25 years, we have chosen to return to the Caybeach Princess, where we have found the staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. The accommodation in the complex is spacious and suited to both couples and families. Dining is buffet style and the selection of menu items is varied and appeals to both young and old alike and very good value for money.

Mobility access, while good, could be improved.

No wardrobe space had to leave most of clothes in suitcase

Liked and appreciated the politeness and helpfulness of the receptionist on arrival. Both breakfast and evening meals was really good value, quality and variety. The Accommodation could not be faulted it was excellent.

Only one fault the receptionist on Friday evening had deficulty printing of my boarding passes on request at a usable print size, he initially printed it of far to large with the bar code displayed on two separate sheets. He then told me astonishingly that it would be OK to use like that.

Under the fridge there was a trail of little insects wich kind of gave me the creeps.

Bad internet. Bungalo not very clean. Toileteries....

3rd visit, at same time of year..Can see upgrades done to walkways, garden areas, painted & bathroom upgrade (large classic bungalow).. Restaurant too, definetly improved, really good food and plenty of choice ???

Apartment not clean. Came after 2 flights so tired i came to spain beacause my mom had stroke i came in side kitchen not clean and sofa torn, not cleaned bathroom and the toilet ?bedroom hair on the bed and under the roomm ?i could sleep their and i had too find another place too sleep

Wi-Fi didn't work, even after informing front desk about the issue.But this is minor thing, when you are on holidays!

The park was clean and beautiful. The palm trees around the pool were amazing! Santa Claus also came which was a big surprise. The staff was very friendly. The beds were ok, but the children didn't like the sleeping sofa that much. The beds at the pool were ok. Some were broken. The coctails were nice. If you go to Playa del Ingels go to tipsy Hammock! This is an amazing bar at the beach.

The location was too far from maspalomals or Playa Del ingles. Maspalomas was a 25 minute walk. We walked to maspalomas and took a taxi back (5 euro) There are many buses in front of the hotel you can take to all the places you would like to visit. There are also many taxi's driving around. The swimmingpool was too cold. It was a big disappointment to us and our children. It was ice and ice cold :( It would have been a better place in winter if the pool was heated or warmer. There were a lot of English people at the park and some of them made a lot of noise.
